I constantly feel let down when I see HubSpot rolling out new features to Enterprise only. Its always a bummer to hear of the latest and gratest new epic feature is available only for it to be available in "Enterprise only", or sitting through a HubSpot event only to be told "oh yeah this is available to enterprise only". Just wasting our time.  HubSpot should have the FULL feature available in Enterprise, but perhaps offer it in a limited format in Pro. Give us Pro users a taste of expanded tools. We pay a ton for HubSpot, but often times are let out of the newest releases.    For example: New feature rolls out. Can be used with unlimited properties on Enterprise. Limit it to 12 properties or so within Pro Hubs.  ...read more

In the support environment for Hubspot there is a help widget available with different functionalities:   - Top articles - Contact support (opens a contact / chat / call form) - View support tickets - Browse Knowledge base:     You also have functionality that allows you to set a trigger anywhere else in Hubspot that will then open up this widget with the relevant KB article opened inside of it directly.    https://www.loom.com/share/12f8b62c4b4e414ca2e75264d63ff596   We are currently using the Service desk of a competitor that has a widget like this as a feature. It's a feature that is sorely missing in Hubspot Service Hub - as you can only link to KB articles through the chat widget. But this is not intuitive at all.    Enabling users to browse the knowledge base and directly open articles from within the widget allows for a lot better self-help and reduces the amount of customer support requests. Of course we do not have to convince Hubspot of it's value as you spend development time on custom building this solution for yourself.   Now it's time to make it available to your Service Hub customers as well 😉  ...read more

I have found a flaw in the system. We let someone go, and I went into their account impersonating them so that I could remove the email alias to assign it to someone else. Only one person can have the alias. Support told me I am not able to do that and I should just login into her account. I am able to add the email alias while impersonating someone so why can't I remove it? Each account is basically forced to set up two factor, which then sends a code to someone who was let go. I should be able to remove things like this impersonating a person.  This seems like a big flaw for super admins and if people are let go and we need to get into their accounts and be able to clean it up.    From Support: I don't have anything that definitively says whether or not it will work. My guess is that you would have to remove H entirely and that simply deactivating wouldn't work. Your IT team doesn't have access to H inbox? If yes, they should be able to reset the password with access to her inbox. I would like to note even if we reset the password, it will send the two factor code to this person who was just let go. Our team works with many retailers who number their stores from 1 - 99. When we search for companies that do not use a minimum of 3 digits in their store numbering system, it creates a problem. This is so desperately needed. No other company 3rd party connector has this feature and we have work with multiple.  We need to be able to fully customize the mappings between Shopify and HubSpot. When we make new Metafields in Shopify they need to be viewable during the mappings in HubSpot so we have total control of where we want data to flow in HubSpot and have the ability to select any property. Full customization would solve all our issues. The value this will bring is huge. Shopify is one of the biggest platforms with millions of users. This solution is not prevalent in the marketplace so by creating this you will be the only integration that has this solution. ...read more

Currently, HubSpot's knowledge base is not able to be filtered by 'subscription type'. It would be great if HubSpot added a 'subscription type' filter as then it would only display KB articles that are relevant to your current subscriptions.  ...read more
