It would be wonderful if HubSpot workflows could contain a workflow trigger which only recognizes changes in all filed types, especially single line & multi line text since "has been updated in last x days" will not work for automated re-enrollment in a specific workflow for contacts and companies.

Dissappointed to learn that Hubspot Payments requires a team member to take manual action re: managing/canceling subscriptions. Have you considered adding even hosted subscription management portal feature, so that we can at least link our customers to their own subscription management page within Hubspot? Ideally we'd be able to access via API so we can build our own subscription management controls in-app, however even a hosted solution would allow us to be able to use this.

We have created many meeting links for a long time, but we decided to remove some meeting links upon cleaning up our Hubspot account. However, we are looking for solutions to do it faster to save more time. Also, we would like to know which assets (emails, forms, workflows, etc.) it is connected to. Hopefully, Hubspot could develop this kind of feature.

Hi! I would like to suggest a simple way for the user to share their screen. From the chat. We are selling B2B SAAS product and sometimes users are calling us related to some issue. Then it would be really easy for us, if we could ask user to turn on screen share from chat and we could see what's their problem. There is some chat softwares that are giving this option. Could Hubspot include also this?

It would be really nice to have a simple 1 button option to backup all Hubspot data for our instance. Additionally, it would be nice if we could do a complete import of all this data. Reason being if we make drastic changes to our Hubspot it would be ideal to return to a prior state quickly and easily.

Building custom templates and modules by using hubspot fields is super nice and flexible however, it becomes a bit messy when there are multiple/large groups/sections of fields as currently there is no option to collapse or expand the groups/setions in the Design Manager. It would be really nice and helpfull for navigating through the groups/sections fields, if hubspot can make them collapse and expand e.g, in the Website Pages edit mode etc. Below images illustrate how it looks in the Design Manager currently and what i mean by expandable/collapsable (e.g, like in Website Pages in Edit mode). Currently, when you create an "Email Signature" whether, through Simple Form or HTML, everything works great and your email signature sits nicely within general support emails and (or) market email templates. The problem here is after you delete your "Email Signature" - if you don't need it anymore, the optionality to add an email signature popups each time you attempt to write an email within your ticket dashboard (for support-related purposes). It tends to be annoying as you have to delete it manually each time. There is no option to get rid of it, so when you create an email signature, the option to reinstate it within an email is always there. A feature to remove this option would be very helpful. Please see the snippet below:

When posting a "comment" on an inbox message, I can tap enter to post the comment. Yay! Easy. No mouse needed. However, when I'm in "Email" mode tapping enter adds a new line. It doesn't appear there's any way to send the email without using my mouse, which **bleep**, because it slows me down. Can you please add a shortcut to send the message, like Cmd + Enter (that's what Twitter and other sites use). It's driving me crazy. I don't want to use my mouse to send a message like it's 2003.

I believe we should have a calender in hubspot as a calender that a company that wishes to integrate fully into using hubspot so that you do not have to create complicated workflows for it all to hookup into the pipelines that are created while still allowing integrations to google and outlook calenders. An example would be all appointments are visible in a hubspot calender for things that use the time ( date ) selector property in the deal portion of hubspot, such as appointments, estimates, leads, installs, dates product arrives for a client, and many more!

Wish list. I would love to see HS offer a feature where you could schedule notifications to display and alert you within a specific time frames, so if any notifications arrive at other times (not working times), can be added to a queue for notification later, or something of the like . Some platforms offer a Do not Disturb option during "off" hours or scheduled work notifications.
