I really like your new Payments portal but it would be great if we could have a bit more customization with payment links.  I'd like to be able to go in and adjust billing dates for these. I often bill a customer mid month (January) but the payment is for the next month (February). Would be very beneficial to to in and adjust that billing date (or add a specific number of 'free or trial' days) so it would bill on the 1st of the correct month for the additional bills (March, April etc).  We cuurenlty use Strip for Kajabi and Stripe allows us to add a "Trial" so it won't automatically run the next payment 30 days later (mid month).  ... It's crazy to me that Hubspot doesn't have the option to make a contact or deal private. Hubspot has provided about four different workaround solutions but nothing that actually accomplishes this. With enterprise you can make certain properties private, but that doesn't account for confidential notes on a contact or deal record.    The current and best workaround appears to be to restructure my entire organization so that only certain teams have certain access to certain contacts and then make the contact owner a certain individual. This doesn't really work as a solution since certain individuals are on more than one team.    Hubspot, PLEASE PLEASE allow us to make objects private to certain teams instead of having to restructure our entire permissions set.  ... Set unique permission levels on Projects. For the moment, when users have access to the Projects tools, they are able to see all of the projects within the tool.   We need a way to restrict the access levels of users so that they can only access the projects that they own. ... Afficher plus

Every day we get loads of emails that look like this, but have no way to know which link to the same ticket, so have to open them all to see what to check. It would be great to be able to add ticket name or ticket ID so we can easily de-duplicate.     ... Afficher plus

Hello, I wanted to share an idea of having a dropdown feature in the call notes similar to the call outcomes, where we can simply choose a note from the options rather than typing them down. When replying to a ticket in Service Hub the ability to have a default email address for the team should exist. Currently SLAs can be configured only to the tickets that are manually created. This is a request to enable SLAs for the tickets that have been created through a workflow too. Most of the companies will definetly have a workflow configures and will help incase they want SLAs enabled. ... Afficher plus

It would be wonderful if HubSpot workflows could contain a workflow trigger which only recognizes changes in all filed types, especially single line & multi line text since "has been updated in last x days" will not work for automated re-enrollment in a specific workflow for contacts and companies.  ... Hi!   I would like to suggest a simple way for the user to share their screen. From the chat. We are selling B2B SAAS product and sometimes users are calling us related to some issue. Then it would be really easy for us, if we could ask user to turn on screen share from chat and we could see what's their problem.    There is some chat softwares that are giving this option.
