Hi all, Please consider this feature request: Current state: Hubspot service hub is striping/removing all EXIF tags from messages sent between our customers and our support agents. Problem description: The software we support relies heavily on EXIF/XMP tags stored in images, including, but not limited to, camera model, focal length, and geolocation. When HubSpot removes this information, our support team is not able to provide fast and effective troubleshooting. This requires us to ask the customers to share the data with us using alternative methods, increasing the workload for both the customer and us and impacting the resolution time. Request: While understanding the security reason behind this action done by HubSpot, I request to be able to decide if our support hub keeps data integrity or not.
