So if you've been working with HubSpot for a long time, you may or may not know how to access your own Support Inbox for HubSpot-related issues:   The old way to access your support inbox took 2 steps. Old way - Step 1: Click "Help" in the bottom right. OLD 1 - Click "Help" in the bottom right Old way - Step 2 - Click "View your support inbox" and you're done. OLD 2 - Click "View your support inbox"   When helping a new client with HubSpot implementation, I couldn't—for the life of me—figure out how to access my support inbox (maybe this only applies to newly created portals, as the "old way" still works on older portals).   New way - Step 1: Click the "?" NEW 1 - Click the "?" New way - Step 2 - Type in some text, even if you don't have a question and simply want to access your support inbox. NEW 2 - Type in a question New way - Step 3: Look at the bottom and click the "Contact us" tab. NEW 3 - Click "Contact us" New way - Step 4 - Finally, click on "View your support inbox". NEW 4 - Click "View your support inbox"   If the reasoning behind this was to alleviate email and phone support in favor of knowledge-base articles, I can understand hiding the "Chat" and "Email" buttons; however, having the "View your support inbox" visible from the very beginning would be most appreciated. I'd rather not send a PowerPoint slideshow to my clients if I need to direct them to their support inbox and I can't get on a Zoom call to take them through step-by-step. ...read more

I have found a flaw in the system. We let someone go, and I went into their account impersonating them so that I could remove the email alias to assign it to someone else. Only one person can have the alias. Support told me I am not able to do that and I should just login into her account. I am able to add the email alias while impersonating someone so why can't I remove it? Each account is basically forced to set up two factor, which then sends a code to someone who was let go. I should be able to remove things like this impersonating a person.  This seems like a big flaw for super admins and if people are let go and we need to get into their accounts and be able to clean it up.    From Support: I don't have anything that definitively says whether or not it will work. My guess is that you would have to remove H entirely and that simply deactivating wouldn't work. Your IT team doesn't have access to H inbox? If yes, they should be able to reset the password with access to her inbox. I would like to note even if we reset the password, it will send the two factor code to this person who was just let go. Here are some issues pending clarification on how Hubspot will implement on https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/apps-for-operations-teams   Piesync listed all apps that were on a roadmap, yet to be integrated, even if the product was not supported yet. Piesync allowed email subscription notifications to specific yet to be supported apps yet to be integrated. When will Operations Hub notify us on availability to search for an app that may have been supported in Piesync, but not yet supported by Operations Hub, to show up in https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/apps-for-operations-teams and further, allow us to subscribe to app-specific notifications on when that will be available for beta testing, RC and go live? ...read more
