I recently signed up to try out HubSpot. I would get to the last step and then I would get an error message about changing my browser's settings to allow cookies. This was not enough to help me. My browser allowed cookies but my browser extension/add on was stopping HubSpot. Turing off the security (I'm not sure if it was uBock Origin or Privacy Badger) enabled HubSpot to complete the sign in process.   I recommend adding text to the effect that browser security should be set to allow HubSpot cookies will be helpful to others like me who have installed and "forgotten" as blockers and privacy tools. Is there a reports feature that would allow me to view the percentage of one list out of another?  In the example below, my goal would be for the orange 1,143 to represent the whole, and for the other lists to be represented as percentages of that whole.   How can I reflect this, please?  Thank you!   ...read more

Hi Guys,   I have been using HubSpot for a while now, I have previously used paid for versions but my current business uses the free version linked to other in-house systems.  Why on aspects such as "Meetings Comment" are the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons attached to each other and easily accidently clicked? I would understand if the delete button had a check request "Do you want to delete" or an "Undo" button but the system does not. When demonstrating HubSpot you can't always use real data. You will soon run into privacy or confidentiallity issues when sharing the demo with other people. Therefore it would be ideal if HubSpot could provide a demo account with fictional data. This could be based on real world examples but just with anonymized contacts / companies.  ...read more

Once HubSpot is integrated with wix.com, the contacts from wix.com are automatically updated on HubSpot. However, the new contacts from Hubspot are not integrated on wix.com. If you manually add into wix.com then its causing duplication on hubspot creating a chaos on the CRM for the user. ...read more

There's nothing more frustrating than being told "that's a great idea"after suggesting ways to improve your product, and then in the same breathe be told to add it to the forum, where it will be monitored by development teams.    I'm a busy person, as I'm sure most of your clients are. Searching through forums and creating another post after giving you feedback directly seems counter-intuitive, redundant, and, to be honest, an act of vain. After business hours, we often get questions via Chat which are very visible on different website pages, for example our prices or what a function includes. It would be really great if the assigned company/contact on a ticket within Hubspot support could login and get a list of all tickets assigned to them and view the status/notes on that. This would massively reduce the back and forth emails between our support agents and clients.
