HubSpot has removed the ability for company users with Account Access permission to see all company tickets in the Support Inbox.   This is a terrible decision on HubSpot's part. We have 20 people at our agency and any one or small group of them could be communicating with HubSpot support across any of the 60+ accounts we service. It's not practical to forward messages to the whole company on such matters. Furthermore, we have now irrevocably lost access to the ticket history for any team members who have left the company.   HubSpot support team, imagine trying to do this for your own ticketing system and if you couldn't see prior ticket history coming in cold to service an account. HubSpot is marketed as a HIPAA compliant system. I really do not agree to that. Todays function of an incoming email to HelpDesk is an automatic association to primary company, and the contacted individual as well as the five most recent open deals that are not in closed won or lost stage. That is a problem itself, whit that comes next problem, all attachments that might come in this email will also automatically be attached to the Attachment section to all places associated. For us, as a Medical Device Company, handling with Personal Data, and with contacts working with many of our customer, this is a disaster. Inormation regarding Cusomer A will end up at e.g Deals belonging to Customer B and C. And this can't be turned off. I think it is of great importance that You at HubSpot make a change to this asap, making us being able to turn those setting off, and to descide by ourselves what to be associated and attached. thank You!   ...read more

We are currently using the free version of Hubspot. The contact limit is 1000 contacts. I tried to delete the 1000 contacts currently registered and enter a new contact, but I get an error message saying “The limit of 1000 contacts has been reached” and I am unable to add a new contact. We need a feature that allows auto-replies to be sent within support tickets. I can send automatic emails using workflows triggered by certain criteria like ticket status etc, however, these emails are sent as marketing emails with a separate subject line to the original ticket.    This means that customers have two email threads, one with the original ticket and another with the automated email. When viewing the ticket in the support portal they can't see this email reply so it looks as if we closed the ticket without response.    The automated email needs to be added to the ticket conversation and ideally it would not be send as marketing email as that means some contacts might miss out on important updates relating to their support tickets.   We receive a high number of product feedback tickets and we automate responses to this request type to ensure that customers receive timely feedback based on Jira issue status changes.  It is impossible to scale support as per your value proposition without integrated automation that feels seamless to customers. ...read more

In addition to adding general content through the help center, landing pages, websites, blogs, and other channels, it would be highly beneficial to include tailored content. This could involve creating specific questions and answers or addressing relevant contexts to cater to particular user inquiries. For example, having content that directly addresses niche concerns or frequently asked questions would significantly improve the user experience and make the system more efficient. Moreover, having a dedicated platform or space to train the AI would be invaluable. This would allow us to continuously improve the AI's accuracy and relevance by feeding it new data, refining responses, and adapting to evolving user needs. The Customer Portal for Service Hub seems pretty basic as far as branding goes. We would like  the opportunity to customize it similar to landing pages wheere we can add new sections or add more branding. For example, I would like to add a skyline graphic that we use above the footer to match our website. Before the latest update, HubSpot users could contact support and view their support inbox through the purple help button presented at the bottom right of their portal. Now, in order to contact support and view our support inbox, we must go through the question mark symbol in the top right of the toolbar. Unfortunately, through this method, we must interact with the support bot before being able to access the support team or the support inbox. Hi,   I want a pony.   I discussed this after my initial request to sync with Salesforce had been resolved excellently by HubSpot Technical Support. So, since that was done to my satisfaction, I asked for a pony. I was told that I cut out a bit and to please repeat what I said, so, I restated my request and was told, unfortunately that that cannot be done   I was then told that it would be "so awesome if I could make a pony gallop across your screen right now." I agree. I said I would file this as a ticket in HubSpot Ideas. So we have a Customer Portal for our support, and the registration page do not have reCAPTCHA, and we are getting about 10-20 bot-signups in our CRM almost every day, filling up our CRM with bot companies and contacts. It's also a security problem.  ...read more
