Dear HubSpot Support Team,   Our team relies heavily on HubSpot, and Snippets are an essential tool we use daily to log Notes and Activities on Tickets. They are critical to our workflow efficiency and maintaining communication consistency across the team.   We’ve noticed a key difference between the HubSpot mobile experience on Android and iOS: On Android, users can simply type # followed by the Snippet shortcut in the text editor (Notes or Log Activity), and the relevant Snippet suggestions immediately appear for quick insertion. On iOS, however, this # shortcut functionality does not seem to work. Instead, iOS users must either: Manually switch to the HubSpot keyboard (which disrupts typing flow), or Tap the Snippet icon in the toolbar and select the Snippet from a list (a multi-step process).   Our question: Is there currently any way on iOS to trigger Snippet suggestions directly by typing #, just like on Android—without having to switch keyboards or rely on toolbar icons?   If this feature is not yet available on iOS, could you let us know: Are there any recommended workarounds or faster methods for inserting Snippets on iOS—ideally ones that do not involve switching keyboards or multiple taps? If no such workaround currently exists, we’d appreciate any suggestions or tips you might have to help streamline Snippet use on iOS in the meantime.   We believe that implementing this consistency between Android and iOS would greatly improve the mobile productivity experience for teams like ours.   Thank you for your time and support. iOS users of the HubSpot mobile app do not have access to the "Attachments" tab in the top bar....see below.  First photo is from Android, users can easily access all files attached to the record.  Second photo is iOS, users can't see the files atatched to the records.  This is a huge problem.  I have searched everywhere, and I cannot see how it would be related to user permissions.    This is a huge problem for us.  Why is the iphone version of Hubspot missing the abiltiy to see attachments on records?     ...read more

Hi,   I notice that HubSpot uses email address as the unique identifier for contact. But in my area many people dont use email often, but every people have an unique phone number. I'm wondering if i could use phone number as indentifier?   I'm managing the fashion store, how about some customers just don't know khow to read and write? or some customers just no need an email? or they have but not nessarily to check it often, because they no need to use email to work....   In my area many people don't use emails often, but use the communication social media often, almost every communication social media nowadays request a phone number.  And everybody has a phone number, and they are unique!   I strongly suggest hubspot make phone number as the indentifier, or make it as an option.     Thanks. ...read more

I see that Country/region field is a single line field in Companies, and a dropdown field in Contacts. That's pretty much inconsistent, while the dropdown option is more appropriated. I cannot automatically copy/sync data between contact and company on this very field, and it's really annoying… ...read more

On the record page for a contact, we see their name, job title, and just below we see a row of very useful buttons: Note, Email, Call, Log, Task and Meet. It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more
