1. This is for anyone using the CMS platform.  2. Our goal is to bulk delete all images in HubSpot that are not being used on CMS pages.  3. The value of this is time-saving. My client is a custom home builder. They have hundreds of images and multiple copies of the same image living in HubSpot. They want to clean up their portal by deleting unused images but there is no easy or convenient way to do this now.  4. Not to my knowledge.  5. I imagine when in Files, once you select images, there is the "Active files" or "Archived files" dropdown. Perhaps in Active files, there is the checkbox that says "Show all unused images." When I have an old file in Marketing > Files and Templates > Files, I want to be able to set up a redirect from that old file to a new one (whether it lives in Hubspot, or elsewhere).   I love that I can easily replace a file, but we have some old files that we had migrated over, and I want to be able to redirect them to the new file (without having to go through and replace each of the old files' contents.)   ...read more

When uploading images you should be able to upload multiple images at a time. It is extremely time consuming when we have to upload one image at a time. It'd be great if we could select multiple images and/or drag and drop for sliders or galleries.  ...read more

Role: For anyone who needs to import existing folders/files into file manager from their computer. Goal: When importing files into File Manager, allow the import of folders, including nested folders. Example: When migrating from one HubSpot portal to another, you're able to export all of the files from File Manager. These files will export in the same structure in which they were stored in HubSpot originally, within nested folders. However, if you try to import those same folders/files into a different portal, you have to recreate each folder manually prior to being able to import the files. Value: Depending on how many files a company has, it can take hours upon hours to recreate all of the nested folders and import each folder's files separately. *Posting on behalf of one of our users*   We are small manufacturers and regularly have to share CAD drawing files {DWG, DXF, STL) formats. I understand if your platform cannot preview these, but not allowing these types for files to be uploaded seams like a real limitation. ...read more

Currently, in HubSpot, we can upload files from Google Drive as attachments in the Deal Record. However, users is not able to select Shared Drives in the Google Drive. I was shocked today to find out that using the function in the file manager to 'Replace' an image does in fact do nothing of the sort!   Rather than replacing the image in all of its applications within the system, it instead creates a duplicate using the same filename that DOES NOT replace the image in any of its application within the system.   This seems like a fundamental flaw in the either the functionality or if not, an error in the labelling of the action. Actually being able to replace an image would be incredibly useful. Granted there may be the need to include a 'Are you sure!' warning similar to when making changes to a template but I believe this would be avery useful option to have. hi there,   HS is storing every attachment of an e-mail. our company is using links, logos, pictures as part of the signature. all these are stored, with extensive e-mail exchange these are adding up to hundreds of stored attachments. Making it impossible to find relevant attachments. I know that it's pretty easy to replace a PDF or Image, or document in the file manager.  you navigate to it, and click...and one of the options is to Replace it. But with videos, that's not available.  I'm wondering why?   In this case, if we create a newer version of a video, I have to delete the old one, and upload a new one and then Navigate to ALL THE PLACES where the old video was linked and reconnect to the new video file.   Seems very redundant, as the smart folks at Hubspot already figured out how to make this really easy with all the other kinds of files that often are subject to being updated. ...read more
