Hi there, when sending out a Feedback Survey mailing (via Service Hub feature) the subscription type "Customer Service Communication" is automatically assigned to the related Contacts. Unfortunately it is not possible to simply change the Subscription Type for such a survey mailing to any other Subscription Type (as it is possible for a Marketing email). Why just not simply add such a functionality to the Settings for a Feedback survey mailing as well - which would simplify related Contact's Subscription Management. Hi!   Since we work with custom templates for our clients a lot for our clients. It would be great to be able to insert their custom designed e-mail template in the feedback survey tool.    Now, you can only customize text, colours and logo's but no shapes or insert other elements,   It would be nice to have all the communication in an uniform theme. ...read more

Allow CSAT surveys to be reported in line with the tickets they were sent following.  We have the ability to connect CSAT survey to a closed ticket, but the survey report cannot show any ticket data as it doesn't have association with ticket properties.  It means you're enforcing everyone to use CES for better data management of this - if that's the case, why have CSAT? ...read more

Present visitors who mark a Knowledge Base article as unhelpful with a form to submit specific feedback as to why the article was not helpful. This would allow us to actually address the issues that visitors are experiencing.   Idealy with the feedback form would allow for the option for both multiselect choices of common issues and open text fields for more specific feedback.   Would be great to be able to see this feedback data from the Knowledge Base Insights dashboard. ...read more

Right now, in the new Custom Surveys, you can add the reports in the Analyse tabs to a Dashboard if it is a Custom Question but you can't for NPS scores.   This feels like a major oversight to me because including NPS in a Dashboard, that can then be sent to Company Leaders or seen next to other relevant stats, seems like it should be basic included functionality.   Simply allowing for the pre-built NPS reports that already exist in the Analyse tab of the Survey to be added to a Dashboard would be a massive win.   Also, I think the same is true for CSAT & CE scores, so if that's the case those should also be able to be added to Dashboards. ...read more

Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc.    Something like this (very basic example).   This is much more powerful and will have significantly higher response rates than getting feedback after the ticket is closed by sending the survey via email. Also included in this feature should be that if there was a contact associated with the chat, the survey results should be saved in their account, and in the reporting area of hubspot, I should be able to get reports based on these survey results.  ...read more
