Hi!   It would be awesome to have the option to include more options in the "Edit columns" tab, inside the Feedback Surveys analysis tab, without having to extract the survey data and create a report based on it.   Just to get a broad overview of the respondents, for example, their country, the companies they belong, and the information we have about those companies.   Thanks! ...read more

Regarding the Email feedback surveys, it would be highly beneficial to have a dedicated column for Submission URLs. This would allow us to conveniently view the emails directly from there, eliminating the need to open the ticket. By simply clicking on the URL, the email for feedback would instantly open. The ability to add a logic to survey questions, text fields, and other elements. The idea is that the visibility of these elements would depend on contact properties or other questions. Also different versions of a question would help a lot.   For example, I could show a certain question to only our partners and not our customers. Or hide some questions from contacts based in Switzerland.   Another example is that when someone answers 9 to a recommendation question, a follow-up question could be to tell us what they like the most about us. But when they respond with a 3 we should ask them what we could change to improve their experience. This could be stored in the same property field (e.g. "Recommendation comment") which would then be easier to read in a report.   Qualtrics and many other survey tools do this and it helps a lot with increasing the response rate, as every survey is customised to the respondent. ...read more

HubSpot should give the option to have automatic question numbering when building a feedback survey in the Service Hub. At present, questions must be numbered manually as part of the question text.  ...read more

  We have a consulting side of our business that offers customized solutions.  We'd like to create a survey/form that customers can fill out that details their specific needs for a project and its configuration.   This form may be created from an outside form/survey platform that integrates with Hubspot.   Ideally, the data from each of these form submissions would be linked to the contact (could be multiple survey responses) or Hubspot would create a new deal, associate it to the contact, and link to the data in the survey.   Customers may submit mutliple orders so it doesn't make sense to use custom Contact Fields and I don't know of a way to create a survey/form that creates a new deal and populates related custom fields.   Is there an outside survey solution that could accoumplish this? It could also be some type of order management system, any suggestions?   Note: there are several similar threads regarding tying a form to a deal but this feels a little different.   ...read more

Hello Hubspot Developers,   Please make the text/questions in the CSAT and CES surveys modifiable - they are not the words we are looking for and alternatively, creating a custom survey does not allow us to filter the surveys by ticket owner.    Either (1) make CES and CSAT editable or (2) integrate the ability for customer surveys to be filtered by ticket owner.    Thank you.  ...read more
