Hello HS team, We are using the NPS forms as a pop-up on one of our B2B client pages. When calling clients back when they gave a bad score, we often encounter clients that did push on a score by error and that were not able to go back once the score has been sent. It would be great that, on the feedback menu, there would be a "go back" button so that clients who clicked by error or changed their mind while writing the feedback can do so and change their score. We did send this feedback before but again it would really be from great help to have colors on the scoring to help clients while selecting a score. Many thanks ! Kind regards, Sandrine
