At the end of various ticket workflows, when tickets close, we send a feedback survey. There's some email domains that we don't want to send the feedback survey to (they're a closely interlinked company that auto creates tickets into our workflow for notification purposes - we read them, and close them - they don't then want a survey xx hours later). There'salso the potential for looping here that we'd like to avoid. I've been able to exclude them from other automated emails sent at various points, but can't see a way to be specific with the feedback survey - it's either on or off. Support just responded with a work around that I'd considered (shunt them off to another pipeline that doesn't have feedback surveys enabled), and suggested raising a thread here - so here it is.
