There are times when client misunderstand the survey values and instead of giving the highest value they select the lowest and visa versa. Once a survey is submitted we can modify the value we can only delete the survey.  Also there are times where perhaps a team members helps someone else and closes out the ticket, but the survey can't be applied to the helpful team member. The ability to modify an assigned survey result to a differnt team member by an admin or to change the value based on cusotmer discussion is a needed feature. ...read more

Present visitors who mark a Knowledge Base article as unhelpful with a form to submit specific feedback as to why the article was not helpful. This would allow us to actually address the issues that visitors are experiencing.   Idealy with the feedback form would allow for the option for both multiselect choices of common issues and open text fields for more specific feedback.   Would be great to be able to see this feedback data from the Knowledge Base Insights dashboard. ...read more

We would like a possibility to create a custom survey with having the first question (overall satisfaction) directly in the email. Similar to Amazon Feedback Emails, which contain a 5-star rating and then leading to a survey page. There are two reasons why we would like this: 1. This would give our customers the possibility to decide either to give us a very fast 1-click feedback, or to fill out our complete survey. We would expect a much higher response rate with that. 2. We think that clicking on a link in an email is seen more and more critical by our customers. Our response rates are going down and customers tell me that they have warning messages like "don´t click any links in emails" in their email-clients. Custom surveys are great. That's a step in the right direction. However, feedback/surveys can't be associated with tickets (manually or automated). Only NPS surveys show up on the ticket in the Recent Feedback section in the assocations panel. This limits automation and makes it harder for our support team. Feedback workflows are also limited in enrollmenet criteria.  Use case: We have a custom survey for cancellations that is triggered using the custom survey recipients criteria (email survery), but we want to run automation and change statuses on the ticket when the survey is complete. Right now there is no direct way to do that since the ticket workflow can't listen for survey responses to automatically change the status. Right now, in the new Custom Surveys, you can add the reports in the Analyse tabs to a Dashboard if it is a Custom Question but you can't for NPS scores.   This feels like a major oversight to me because including NPS in a Dashboard, that can then be sent to Company Leaders or seen next to other relevant stats, seems like it should be basic included functionality.   Simply allowing for the pre-built NPS reports that already exist in the Analyse tab of the Survey to be added to a Dashboard would be a massive win.   Also, I think the same is true for CSAT & CE scores, so if that's the case those should also be able to be added to Dashboards. ...read more

Please create the ability in the Chat tool to add a post-chat survey where I can configure the questions. There should be a mix of options for the question field type to set up the survey i.e. Dropdown, Stars, text box, etc.    Something like this (very basic example).   This is much more powerful and will have significantly higher response rates than getting feedback after the ticket is closed by sending the survey via email. Also included in this feature should be that if there was a contact associated with the chat, the survey results should be saved in their account, and in the reporting area of hubspot, I should be able to get reports based on these survey results.  ...read more

Hi there, when sending out a Feedback Survey mailing (via Service Hub feature) the subscription type "Customer Service Communication" is automatically assigned to the related Contacts. Unfortunately it is not possible to simply change the Subscription Type for such a survey mailing to any other Subscription Type (as it is possible for a Marketing email). Why just not simply add such a functionality to the Settings for a Feedback survey mailing as well - which would simplify related Contact's Subscription Management.
