OPPORTUNITIES for round robin meeting links today:   1) My team is looking to assign a true round robin where each member receives evenly distributed leads. It has been noted in another thread this is not how the round robin function works today and that they are distributed based upon first availibility today. Is that correct?   2) Time Zone would ideally be set in user profile settings and assigned to each meeting link based on that setting. Thus, round robin would ideally be following each person's user profile setting to understand their availibility. Seems the workaround for this is the new "Consider working hours" setting? 3) Would love an ability to have our sales@ email take the place of Organizer when round robin is in place OR the Organizer is the individual chosen for the round robin.    WHY this matters to us - Calendly can do ALL of this today, but Hubspot cannot. I want to use the native meetings tool to garner greater functionality within workflows and reporting, but cannot if round robin opportunites stated above are real gaps and don't have a reasonable workaround.  ... Currently it seems any reports using the Google Sheet External Content option are not viewable on the mobile app. Is there a plan in the pipeline to make these reports to mobile users?   Our externals may go a day without having access to a laptop, so being able to track certain information externally would help them. We are trying to keep their focus within HubSpot, so while giving them access to the google sheet would work, it defaets this objective.   Edit: Grammar ... Mostrar más

Apparently most Hubspot users operating in Europe send out Meeting Links to exising contacts instead of embedding them on their websites. When collecting personal data from prospects all of us need to make sure we have the explicit consent to process that data. The Hubspot Forms in the Marketing Tools in fact pay respect to that by enabling Hubspot users to add/edit the respective field to the form: after enabling GDPR settings generally or for a specific form you can edit the form and under other form fields add or edit the GDPR field; the drop down let's you choose between legitimate interest, - which you should choose only if you know what you are doing - a checkbox for consent for communication and a simple text for data processing (which is standard for no reason if you ask me), or checkboxes for both consent for communication and consent for data processing (the latter is then automatically a required field as it should be). Only the last option is the safe option here; the "standard option" should only be used if you already have this contact in your crm and have the consent from another source; it is practical when you additionally want your contact to join a marketing list for example.   Now to the actual issue I and basically all Hubspot users operation in the EU have: when we send out a Meetink Link to a contact we obviously do have the consent from another source to process their data or we would be in dangerous violation of the GDPR. BUT when we want to embed the meeting link on a website to turn prospects into leads I need to have that additional consent for data processing checkbox. Sadly when we edit the form that is integrated into the Meeting Link there is no way to add that. Although it would have been logical to add it here when it was added to the GDPR form field... this was pretty new in 2020 IIRC... so apparantly nobody noticed this discrepancy in the last 3 years. Except I pointed it out 3 years ago while working for a different company. So how about someone at Hubspot implements the same option Forms have to the Meeting Link forms? I'm trying to use the new beta CTA tools and I don't see that it tracks locations that the CTA is used in like the Legacy CTA tool did. Am I missing something? This functionality is really important to us especially when we're launching a new campaign and looking to make sure a CTA for that campaign is used in the right pages/locations on the site.  LEGACY TOOL:    BETA TOOL:    (yes, I scrolled to the right; there are no more columns and I don't see an option to "manage columns")   ... Hello,    When translating blog posts in various languages, we've noticed that once the translation is done, blog and we close the editing wizard, it redirects to the first page of the blogs page, which is very inconvenient as we need to shuffle through the pages again to pick up where we left off.  It would be great if HubSpot could bring the user back to the page where the blog post was translated.  ... The latest update to the blog editor/publsihing interface removed the option to set a custom publishing time. We used to be ablde to set the time down to the minute, which not only made it seem more random and organic on our news page, but was also how we controlled the sequencing of blogs (when needing to rearrange the order manually). But with the new changes, the publishing times are only in a dropdown list and shown at 30-minute intervals. Not good. Why remove a feature such as this and provide fewer options, less flexibility? Network Track Clicks is a measurement that is only available under each post and cannot be included in my social measurement dashboard. Therefore, I cannot track the total number of Network Track Clicks within a given time period. Is there any way to add this metric to the larger dashboard? In its current form, it only tracks Clicks, but I think it would be beneficial if I could track both. ... Mostrar más
