Hey there,    There is an issue in HubSpot regarding the sync of Linkedin Lead Gen Ads into HubSpot.    In the ads activity, Linkedin shows:  - "Linkedin Campaign" - "Linkedin Ad account" - "Linkedin Ad group" Screenshot here: https://www.screencast.com/t/MEkwJ5gwNLl   In Linkedin, there is no such thing as "Linkedin ad group". In Linkedin, we have:  - "Campaign group" - "Campaign" - "Ad"   Also, in HubSpot Workflow, we do not have either "Linkedin ad group", we have the right Linkedin entities. We have an issue with not being able to select multiple files when searching for individual companies with files attached. It currently lets me click one company, but as soon as I search for another company, it unticks the company I had selected, which defeats the object of making life easier and reducing the search time.     In short, what we need is: In the marketing/files section - to be able to search for a company using the search toolbar, tick the company, search for another company, tick the company, and so on, they all stay selected which means I can then export all ticked files attached to those companies, rather than searching these on an individual basis having to go through 100s of pages to find the right company.   Thanks. ...read more

Cross object report nicely gives the contacts and the deals.    Deal 1 Contact 1 Deal 1 Contact 2 Deal 2 Contact 2 Deal 3 Contact 3     I am tabulating contact details that I cannot get from single object Deal reports.    But ...  Deal 4 does not have an ASSOCIATED CONTACT. It happens.  And it is missing from the report.    No filter tricks. With the same set of filters on the DEAL, with single object report, I get the expected report: Deal 1 Contact 1, Contact2 Deal 2 Contact 2 Deal 3 Contact 3 Deal 4     I understand with Null fields, doing JOIN/MERGE could give surprises to any of us but ... I am missing Deal 4 from my purely innocent list.   I think cross object reports are generated across: Deals with Associated Contact count KNOWN Contacts with Associated Deals count KNOWN   So that the MERGE/JOIN works LEFT TO RIGHT and RIGHT TO LEFT will yield the same result.    Deals with NO CONTACTS and  Contacts with no DEALS are excluded.    Any plans for sided LEFT/RIGHT JOINS?    ...read more

I just received an email from my sales director that they were "Unable to enter a specific affiliate" under filters. The filter itself is fine, but the "Add a new option" wording threw them off. Please change it to "Please enter a value" or something; "add a new option" sounds too close to "No option available", and makes it sound like they can't do it.   The arrow makes it look like there's something supposed to be populated, and there's nothing there.  It's not wrong, it's just confusing. Currently, it is not possible to restrict hyperlinks in the name properties. These name properties are used in forms created in hubspot which then are embedded to websites.   Anybody can insert links here for phishing.   Request to hubspot team to restrict links in the default fields wherever it is possible. ...read more

Regarding the Salesforce CRM Activity Sync integration:   In its current state, SF activities created by Hubspot are automatically assigned to the Contact owner (who is typically a sales user). When a "Marketing Email" activity is sent there is no way to distinguish the different teams (by the individual) that sent an email communication to that Contact.   Thus, Sales team activities become inflated and Marketing teams do not get credit for touches.    Would be great if the activity that is logged is assigned to whomever actually sent the email.  ...read more
