Great minds think alike

This is a big issue and flaw (honestly) in the HubSpot design. HubSpot allows different users to upload images that have the same name. Because of this design, we now have to go back through our 100+ marketing emails and change the header to the original image.  Even when you go look at the email it shows the right image but when you click on it, then you see it picks up the other image that is named the same.    A system should at least rename the image if it has the same name. If not, how does the system know what image is the correct one to be displaying? When you have 80+ users, there is no way we can control everyone changing file names.  Please fix this!        ...read more

We saw recently that the Email Builder has a section where editors can leave comments. This would be a fantastic feature to have on the Blog section as well. Our current process is to write the blog within the Hubspot blog so that we don't have to deal with formatting issues that can occur when copying over from say Word or other platforms.  Then, our team reads the preview and provides edits via email/chat etc. Having the ability to leave comments on the blog draft within Hubspot would help speed our process and keep everything together in one spot.  ...read more

(1) As a manager, I need to see what each sales team member's task load is and how they manage it (e.g., overdue, queues being worked, etc.).  There is no filter for user in the  Today screen view.  I would like to see the summary view to see if I need to do a deep dive into the data.   (2) It would also be nice for a manager to be able to assign queues for users, especially for new sales staff still in training.   (3) Once you select a user, all filters should recognize that user when selecting a new filter.  The program changes to the default user when you select a new filter to view.  This is a time waste for managers.   (4) What happened to the ability to export tasks?     ...read more

As a content strategist and creator in charge of social media, not having access to a visual planner, specifically for Instagram, is difficult.   A large part of a successful account is visual appeal while targeting the right audiences. Without the ability to easily see my posts within a grid (like a 9 square grid), it's hard to plan for well curated, strategic content.   I can go to each instagram account (my company has 6, so it gets cumbersome) and try and imagine what everything upcoming may look like together, but it isn't easy.   I have used programs before that allowed me to visually plan my upcoming posts. Can this be addressed? The technology exists for a simple drag and drop visual editor, and can't be that difficult - I was using a platform to do this 6 years ago. It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

OPPORTUNITIES for round robin meeting links today:   1) My team is looking to assign a true round robin where each member receives evenly distributed leads. It has been noted in another thread this is not how the round robin function works today and that they are distributed based upon first availibility today. Is that correct?   2) Time Zone would ideally be set in user profile settings and assigned to each meeting link based on that setting. Thus, round robin would ideally be following each person's user profile setting to understand their availibility. Seems the workaround for this is the new "Consider working hours" setting? 3) Would love an ability to have our sales@ email take the place of Organizer when round robin is in place OR the Organizer is the individual chosen for the round robin.    WHY this matters to us - Calendly can do ALL of this today, but Hubspot cannot. I want to use the native meetings tool to garner greater functionality within workflows and reporting, but cannot if round robin opportunites stated above are real gaps and don't have a reasonable workaround.  ...read more

Currently it seems any reports using the Google Sheet External Content option are not viewable on the mobile app. Is there a plan in the pipeline to make these reports to mobile users?   Our externals may go a day without having access to a laptop, so being able to track certain information externally would help them. We are trying to keep their focus within HubSpot, so while giving them access to the google sheet would work, it defaets this objective.   Edit: Grammar ...read more
