It would be awesome to have the ability to calculate totals taken from two separate reports. For example, I need to divide my count of closed deals from one report by the count of contacts created in the other in order to find the contact-to-deal conversion rate. For now, I can only do it manually with a calculator which means I will need to do it manually every time I want to read the data. Here's hoping this will be a feature in the future!

We are running up against a consistent issue where we want a specific list of people to use a organizational email address and we want to be able to lock that email into the primary email field. Why? Issues arise when there is more than one address associated with their contact record. (i.e. Maybe before they joined us they where receving email at a gmail.com address) If they fill out a form with a secondary address, the primary and secondary are flipped in HubSpot. The same thing happens if an import with a secondary address is done from another one of our systems. It appears to be a "system of record" issue that we are trying to solve organizationally, but we are not there yet. Would love to be able to lock down primary email addresses in some cases. Similar to the way CTA and forms work, the CSAT/NPS web survey and all feedback surveys should be available to show on external web pages. This would be tremendous for HubSpot so that Product Teams and Customer Success Teams could gauge satisfaction with certain product capabilities in-app, similar to an Appcues like tool. Especially for after new features are released, this would be helpful. EX: we recently launched new canalytics capabilities. I want to capture how happy my customers are with the new capabilities by placing a web survey on the Analytics page our our app. For us, it's ideal for this feedback to be captured in HubSpot as it is our primary system of record. Please extend this functionality available in the Marketing Hub as a core part of HubSpot's offering over to the Service Hub Surveys!

It would be very helpful to see a list of all pages an individual contacts have viewed along with the date they viewed it on. Even better would be to show # of times they viewed the page. Right now you can see website visits in the Acitvity stream but you have to expand each session so it is hard to get the full picture.

I'm trying to use the new beta CTA tools and I don't see that it tracks locations that the CTA is used in like the Legacy CTA tool did. Am I missing something? This functionality is really important to us especially when we're launching a new campaign and looking to make sure a CTA for that campaign is used in the right pages/locations on the site. LEGACY TOOL: BETA TOOL: (yes, I scrolled to the right; there are no more columns and I don't see an option to "manage columns")

Right now in the CRM, access to Dashboards and Reports are combined (Dashboard, reports, and analytics). We need the ability to separate out Dashboards and/or Reports so they can be managed independently of each other. We have Roles where the user needs to be able to create and edit their own Reports but not have the ability to create or edit Dashboards, just view them. Having them combined in the CRM permissions does not allow us to manage this, and are constantly having to clean up Dashboards that are inadvertently created.

I am dealing with an issue where we are using the enterprise custom sidebars on the left-hand side both for team views as well as dependencies (if field has X value, show these additional fields). I am realizing that the preview function only shows the "About this Object" section and then moves on to other information about other objects. It would really improve the preview functionality if those additional sections and dependent sections would show up in previews.

I took advantage of the opportunity to use the future Tasks view early, and one thing that I would like to see added back in is the "Due this week" option in the filters, or even better, the opportunity to look at open tasks between a date range. I often used that to quickly see how many more tasks I had ahead knowing that the later half of my week was busy or to determine if I could take a long weekend. The new view does have the ability to filter and look at the next 7 days, but that bleeds into the next week if I'm looking on a Tuesday for example. If you did develop a Tasks view that would let you filter by date range, that would also be helpful for enabling reallocation of tasks that are scheduled during a time where the user will be unavailable in advance, determining what needs to be moved up and what can be pushed back. I know scrolling ahead in future tasks allows that, but to have the ability to refine to a date range would simplify things.

Hi All, tl;dr Filtering by condition "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]" ignores records where that field is blank. This is just plain inaccurate, and has been fixed and broken, recognized and ignored by turns for at least a year. Explanation and Rant I am building a report on deals using the new report builder. Several of my filters use the language "[PROPERTY A] is none of [X]". These filters do NOT return all deals that fit these criteria because they ignore all deal records where [PROPERTY A] is not known. Support reps seem to be unaware of this bug, or even unwilling to consider it a bug at all. To put this in simple terms, consider a test involving a line of bottles. Some have blue sand them, some have red sand, some have yellow, some are empty. If I ask you to show me all of the bottles that don't have red sand, and you don't include the empty bottles in your answer, YOU WOULD FAIL THE TEST. Filters in HubSpot used to work correctly. Then, after an update (about a year ago if memory serves), they stopped including blank entries. Alarm bells went off for many of us as all of our reports suddenly showed vastly different data overnight. Calls were made to support and within a week, HubSpot had released a "fix", of sorts, where you had to specify with each filter whether you wanted to include blank values. Not fixed, obviously, as the filter itself had already specified, logically, whether blank values were to be included, but ok. Then that option went away as the issue was actually fixed. Fantastic! Now the issue is back. I spoke to support a month ago and my rep checked to see if there was any "chatter" from dev about it. Sure enough, there was a known issue. Great, HubSpot's on it. Now, a month later, I call back twice as the issue is persisting and neither support rep is familiar with this or even concerned that reports DON'T DISPLAY THE DATA THEY PURPORT TO DISPLAY, and when they check the chatter, there's no known issue. They also didn't seem super anxious to report this as an issue. So this is me reporting it as an issue. A really, really big issue. I realize that everyone who reports something broken or missing holds it up as the most glaring, important, deal breaking, earth shattering issue imaginable. But in this case, it's kind of a big deal.
