I want to create a dashboard that houses all my social reporting across business units or teams as mine is structured. However, you can't seem to build your own reports on social information and the only thing you can do is save the prebuilt ones as reports and then filter on date ranges.    This might be okay but there are other issues. I can't filter on them once they are in the dashboard with a quick filter. If I want to build them out by team I'd first select the specific users and teams in the analyze and then save the report to the dashboard, which works for audience but doesn't work for impressions so I have no way to seperate my impressions across teams.   I am not sure if anyone has found solutions to these issues I am having and built their own reports but I would implore HubSpot to look at allowing custom reports for social if not because it would be very nice to be able to have something you can structure to look at rather than going into analyze and pulling out data to build an excel sheet from or something ...read more

Hello,  The filter in standardized HS LP reports for "URL" is extremely misleading. You have the option for 2 things:   URL is equal to (self explanatory) URL is any of (supposedly self explanatory, but misleading) Based these options and how other areas of the product word filter, option two would lead me to believe that you'd have to enter a list of specific full URLs for this filter to work, e.g. if I entered hubspot.com/marketing-hub and hubspot.com/sales-hub the expectation would be that the metrics would only show for those two specific pages.   However this is NOT THE CASE. I've verified this myself today with HS support and my own tests, option 2 actually behaves like a URL contains any of X or Y or Z criteria.    Now I'm glad it does what I need, but it would be helpful if the HS interface described it as such.    In my screenshots with this build, I can verify that it only pull smetrics from URLs which contain /de-de/ OR /de-ch/ OR /fr-fr/     ...read more

Hello,   I'm wondering if there is a possibility to report on line items recurring revenue ? Everything seams to be in place in term of data structure but not on the reporting side.   It would be ideal if we could specify a start date / end date and billing frequency for each line item and be able to display that. This would help managing discount for the first year of subscription and so on.   I've seen the possibility to do that at the Deal level (following this link) but this would make things messy if you have to make multiple deals for first year discount or different products for aggregations.   Thanks for helping on that ! ...read more

As was done with date filtering this year, we desperately need universal source filtering in reports. I should be able to filter a report on any source—blogs, landing pages, URL Start—on any report and as a dashboard filter. Any source, any page-based report, any dashboard.   For example: "Session bounce rate, average duration, and page view totals by source" is a very simple, useful report but the only filter options are Analytics View and Device Type. Why not Blog? Why not URL Begins? And since Analytics View inconceivably only includes data from when you created the view (it's not like you don't have the page data already) it's not always valuable.   Please make source filtering universal. ...read more

It would be great to create a funnel report that compares the different conversion rates by a given property.   For instance: Funnel report by Original Source with made up numbers:     MQL > SQL SQL > Opp. Opp > Customer Paid Search 50% 20% 10% Organic Search 60% 30% 15% Paid Social 45% 15% 5% Organic Social 60% 20% 2% etc. etc...   As I can tell, the only way to do this is to set up INDIVIDUAL funnel charts and set the filter of "Original source" = Paid search (and change this per funnel chart).  ...read more

Strikethrough everywhere!  Especially in notes.  I can use strikethrough to create this post (the S with the line through it), but in my notes where I keep all of my project notes, I can't.  So when I create a list of items I need to check off, it becomes cumbersome. Ability to export notes to Word or Sheets so they can be printed easier.  Like I mentioned above, we collaborate with the notes in our HubSpot, but when we go out in the field our installers want a hard copy.  I'd love to keep the same formatting and drop it in Word (or Sheets for Google users) and print so they have it in hand if service isn't available. Ability to print notes directly from the browser, if we can't print to Word or Sheets, why not directly from the notes page?  Can that be added to the tool bar? 🖨 A more visible tool bar so we can make edits to font/style/size/colors/etc. rather than scroll all the way to the bottom. 😳 Auto Save Notes, I've been taken back to the mid-90's beacuse I forgot to hit save and lost all that work 😱💾 Ability to Customize Task Types. Under Chart Settings, tracking cumulative monthly sales (for example), one can add a monthly goal (yearly goal divided by 12) that will show as a cumulative goal line.  However, the goal does not display neither does cumulate for months when there is no data.  When there is no data in a month, this month is not displayed in x-axis.  As a result the end of year goal displayed is lower than the monthly goal x12.  It should be posssible to fix the x-axis scale so it does not autosize, to include months with no data, and the goal line should follow this fixed x-axis. ...read more

When editing dashboard filters with multi-select values, very frequently the select list of values is longer than the filter dialogue that it sits in, meaning the Apply button is obscured. I've seen this catch out just about everybody that has used a dashboard filter in our org – it is easy to assume that once you have selected a value you want to filter on that the filter is set, and then just click to close the filter dialogue.  There would be a few solutions to make this better, I think the best option, however, would be to simply have the filter selection apply as you select options, and remove the need to have the apply button. The other options would be to have a warning if you try to close without applying, or to make sure the apply button is visible even when the muli-select is open. ...read more
