I've created a custom source field for Contacts and mirrored it in Deals. The reason for this is because the Hubspot default options were too limiting and could not be edited. Now I want to map the fields so when a new deal is created from a Contact the source information is updated within the Deal. My ultimate goal is to map deals to sources.   Is this possible? This is frustrating why is Hubspot not treating hs_object_id unique by default for the batch upsert api . I am using oauth to intergrate multiple account in my application , i can't be updating properties of column there . It should be by default unique.  The issues i am facing because of this is : 1) cannot update email in batch,if i use idProperty as Email, 2) I have some contacts which don't have email and have phone only . But phone property is also not marked unique by default which seems correct. Solution i need:  hs_object_id should be made default. Problem: At the moment, Insights does not work for every field properly. Dear HubSpotters 🤖, in the past we had the possibility so see all the points in time when a contact list was modified directly on the trend line of the list perfomance within the performance tab. It was so convenient since we could easily spot when the filters were changed and the direct impact those actions had on the list #s.  I recall there was a specific marker on the point in time where the chage occurred.  Now, if we go on the `details` tab, we can see the `last updated` date but it is not enough and not precise as it was looking at it directly on the trend line. Also, now we can see only the last change, so we are missing what happened in the past. Finding that mousing around everywhere takes additional, unnecessary time.   For example, use of return key to trigger any solid orange buttons on the record. When a Contact or Company has a multi-select property, during a merge the values of the source objects are not "copied" to the destination object.  For example, Company has a custom multi-select project named MarTech stack. Company 1 has values "Hubspot", "Google Analytics" and Company 2 has values "Mailchimp" and "Matomo". When these companies are merged, you want to maintain all 4 values.   With an import you can choose the bahavior by adding a ';' (to add) or without semicolumn (to replace). ...read more

I am currently able to connect Local Service Ads in Marketin Hub Pro using Google Ads, however there is very limited functionality.  I see impressions and clicks which Google doesn't even provide are great.   However the leads created, the calls or form fills do not populate into HubSpot.   It appears that they offer this ability in the API https://services.google.com/fh/files/helpcenter/lsa_api_dev_guide.pdf   Please prioritize this feature!    ...read more

Hi Hubspot,   For the moment we can create contact, company and deal stage via Zapier. It would be so helpful to be able to add a Note in a contact/enterpise profile via Zapier too.   In our case: We use Typeform to get feedback or Support identification We have to copy/paste answer manually from TF to Hubspot   Zapier should make this connection. Adding Notes from external sources via Zapier would save tons of time.  ...read more
