Finding that mousing around everywhere takes additional, unnecessary time.   For example, use of return key to trigger any solid orange buttons on the record. We often receive email addresses with typo's that need to be corrected since there was useful activity data that needs to be transferred to the correct email address.  When manually editing the email address from .co to .com  or  @ Hubpot.com to @ Hubspot.com I receive the prompt saying the contact already exists.  Upon receiving the prompt it would be useful to ask if I would like to merge the record into the existing contact.   ...read more

Right now ALL deals are listed onthe contact or company record. I would like to be able to filter what i see there, per record - like only open deals, only won deals, or at lease list deals by close date, or something.   Right now there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how it lists and it doesn't list them all, I have to go to a separate page to view the deal I want to look at. ...read more

Looking for a way to require the properties on contacts to be reviewed before the task is completed while in a task queue. For commonly updated properties having a required value instead of being left blank would ensure some input happens on the contact before moving on. For instance, "Lead status" and "Company Type" need to updated or reviewed on all of the tasks in our process. If the task would be stopped from completing until both values have some data point entered it would improve data accuracy.   ...read more

I wish we had the option to auto-associate objects with each other. For example, let's say a contact has several deals and one ticket. Can we have the option to auto-associate all the contact's deals with their ticket? This would significantly help eliminate manual steps in reporting and data, and improve organization. ...read more

AS admin in companies with more than 50 users, we should be able to manage permissions to merge contacts since it implies "manipulating" the database by anyone who can edit contacts even if he is not aware of the impact merges could have. ...read more

Contacts can have 1 "Associated Company" and several "Related Companies". Workflows and Lists can be generated based on properties of "Associated Company" BUT not "Related Companies" - as I've been told Related Companies is still a BETA feature.   Expanding the Lists and Workflows to included segmentating based on the properties of Related Companies would be immensely helpful and prevent the necessity of creating duplicate Contacts in order to trigger Workflows and generate correct Lists.   Example of Issue: We have "Owner A" who is the owner of "Company A", "Company B", and "Company C" that are in the states of Arizona, Nevada, and California, respectively. Company A is the Primary Associated Company while B and C are merely "Related Companies".   We need to send an email to all of our customers who have a company in California. If we create a List where it filters/segments Companies where "State" = California, Owner A will not be included because their California office is only a "Related Company".     This is just one example where having "Related Companies" is almost pointless, aside from making UI a bit simpler for customers who have multiple locations/businesses. Regarding notes on contacts when calling a contact. Previously, when creating a task for a call, a line would appear with info: regarding call logged on Wednesday... This does not apply anymore after the latest update. Hi Hubspot,   For the moment we can create contact, company and deal stage via Zapier. It would be so helpful to be able to add a Note in a contact/enterpise profile via Zapier too.   In our case: We use Typeform to get feedback or Support identification We have to copy/paste answer manually from TF to Hubspot   Zapier should make this connection. Adding Notes from external sources via Zapier would save tons of time.  ...read more
