When leveraging the filter for Recent Sales Email Replied, we're finding that contacts who are CC'd on an email are displaying in the results. This creates misleading reporting, incorrectly attributing a "reply" to someone who didn't actually respond to the email. When wanting to create automation around recent replies (say to automate task creation for Sales to follow up in X time, or send surveys to contacts who've recently responded/interacted with Sales, or send specific Marketing campaigns), this failure creates time-consuming sorting work in order to ensure we're delivering a great customer experience. Would love to see Hubspot come up with a way to sort out CC'd contacts so that they're not misrepresented in our data.
