Why did they remove the ability to add files to emails via the app? My sales team relies on this feature. We have templates with basic information, but I curate additional resources that they need that are specific to our listings. We don't send this information out on initial inquiries, but do once it is requested. We rely on the ability to quickly access this information on the go. The sales team knows that whatever is in the hubspot files is current and accurate. Now we have to have static files on individual phones or tablets or whatever. What is the rationale, and can you please put it back.

For my company, it's a real issue not being able to see historic conversations from years past. It would be great to be able to not just see the emails from the date of Hubspot integration, but all emails in Gmail related to each contact. In some cases, reps have changed throughout the years, so it would be helpful to be able to see logged conversations with different contacts and reps. I understand this can me done manually per email in your email box, but this would have to be done on a larger scale.

On Email Health there is no option to affect the filtering for the two sections below the main chart. 'Recommended for you' and 'High/Low performing emails' When the top chart is filtering OUT Transactional emails by use of the subscription type filter option, the bottom two sections still include Transactional Emails. The High performing emails always show our Transactional Emails (because by nature, that's expected) BUT we want to, at a glance, know our High performing Marketing emails as a whole, not by campaign. We lost that insight when we purchased/implemented Transactional emails. I would really appreciate if it would also be possible for "View Only Seats" to connect their email with HubSpot. Logging and tracking emails is one fundamental thing which we need in our HubSpot portal and it was possible for all user until the migration to the new pricing model. Hope some others think the same way.

When I am on a custom object page, and this object has an associated contact, I want to compose an email to that contact. Currently, when I click on the contact's email (from the right menu in the contact card), the email composer opens with default associations set to the contact and its main company—but not to the custom object itself. As a result, users have to manually search for and associate the custom object, which is often forgotten in practice. To improve productivity and ensure better relationship tracking, it would be highly beneficial if the "current custom object" were also included in the default associations in this context. Thanks!

Our team was very excited for this Schedule 1:1 emails launch. The article makes no mention that I could see that this only works for individual email addresses as opposed to connected team emails (like support@hubspot.com) but currently, when you try to schedule send an email from a team email, it gives you this error message: It would be great if HubSpot made this feautre available for team inboxes as that is almost exclusively what our support and service teams use to communicate. If we can't launch it there, at least bring back the functionality to save drafts in the email tool, even if someone navigates away. That way, if someone is working after hours on a team inbox, they don't have to send emails at an inconvenient time.

However, there are improvements that would make it easier to draw conclusions and take action - most notably the ability to see health broken down separately for marketing emails, one-to-one emails sent through HubSpot and transactional emails. Thanks in advance for considering this request.

We need this option! Unless we send from Gmail, we cannot "unsend" from Hubspot. Using HubSpot to send emails is a better option for me and I need a way to "unsend" from the platform.

Many people want to start using Hubspot with their entire company's email history associated with the correct Hubspot Contact/Company, and visible to all Hubspot Users. For many companies, historical email history is the *single* most important record of the interaction you and your colleagues have had with your customers and prospects. This is a vital and common feature to other CRM's, like Close, Pipedrive, Zoho, SalesforceIQ, FreshSales...the list goes on. The current solution that Hubspot offers is NOT effective. We need the import of emails to be A) automatic, and B) historical (including before we started using Hubspot). Logging, bcc, shared inboxes, etc., do not cut the mustard. There are third-party companies that offer this, such as Threads, & MigrateMyCRM, but we all want a native Hubspot solution. The fact that multiple companies have built this should be a blinking neon sign highlighting just how much this is needed.
