Not sure if I'm doing this wrong but it seems like when I use the business card scanner I don't have a way to add a company at the same time. When I look at help docs it looks like it should be an option, at least if you're using a QR code scanner, but for some reason that isn't available when using the business card scanner. I'd love to be able to add a company at the same time as a contact when scanning a business card, especially when we get multiple business cards from one company. Right now it seems like you need to add the company details first, then go through and scan all your cards. Is there a way to do this all at once? ...read more

My team really enjoys when HubSpot releases new features. The problem is, they're normally released without us knowing about them. Is there a static space, even if it is gated, that we can see some sort of blog showing us what each feature is, and a link to the knowledge base document on it? That would be super helpful.   I normally only find out about stuff when I go to do something I normally do, and the navigation is completely different, or new buttons have popped up out of nowhere lol. Like today, went to the contact page and noticed the middle panel is completely different now. Went to a search, and saw a new "inline editing" feature was added as a Beta option.   I would love to get our team excited about all the wonderful things HubSpot is releasing, but stumbling upon them is not the way guys. During Inbound they mentioned https://www.hubspot.com/new, but that's just an outward facing page that is nice for potentional buyers, not existing users. I support 8 people in the sales team by booking on deals for them. When i book on the deals and allocate it under the sales rep, on reports it comes up with my name even though i put the name of the sales rep under 'Deal Owner' as if they are the ones who created it. Can this be fixed? So it doesnt show my name under the reports, specifically under revenue. ...read more

Please make it easier to submit user feedback. I shouldn't have to go to a separate area of the site—there should be a click-to-comment form in the nav bar that records: 1. The page I'm on 2. I wish there was a way to view conversations by the form that was completed.   Sometimes our Conversation view is to cluttered due to all the forms we have going.  Different people in the org view differenr conversations.  I wish they could sort/filter based on the form that was completed.   Example:  We had a Webinar with a form.  Only one person is responsible for those conversations.  They should be able to sort.  And the other people in the org are also stuck seeing these conversations that do not related to them.  We have all our conversations under one email. ...read more
