Currently there is no ability to work/save within Hubspot while offline. While I an understand this, it would be fabulous if there was a way to avoid the constant barrage of error messages. Anyway to change this please!!! 🙂

It would be a good idea to be able to create a workflow to delete unwanted contacts in Hubspot.

Hi! I would like to request that HubSpot Calling be available in the Philippines. It will really help SaaS businesses here like ours. Our AEs will be more productive and we will be able to track call metrics better. Looking forward to using it soon! 😄 Cheers to the HubSpot team!

This is an improvement for all users on the HubSpot Community receiving notifications by emails. Today I received a notification about an item I follow. When I click on the link I go to the page and it shows the thread. It says I need to login in order to comment, so I click on Login. After logging in I stay on the main page. This is not very helpful at I now need to navigate to the page where I want to make a comment. Requirement: - logging in on any page should navigate me back to the page after successful login

My company is readdressing the requirements to move between stages in HubSpot. We have several properties set up to capture information but we want to be as efficient as possible without overcomplicating each stage and overwhelming our sales team. Does anyone have any recommendations on best practices and/or example of best properties to include at each deal stage? This is how our pipeline is set up: Stage 1 (5%) -> Stage 2 (25%) -> Stage 3 (50%) -> Stage 4 (75%) -> Stage 5 (90%) -> Closed won/lost

Google is rendering my (really awesome) GDPR cookie banner at the top or the bottom of my page when it tests my live page. This is going to cause long-term problems when googlebot scans my page it is going to see this cookie banner as the same banner across all my pages and I do not want that. I'd like to be able to have the ability to delay this banner by 12-15 seconds so that Google doesn't "see" it come up when it renders my beautiful HubSpot CMS pages.

Not sure if I'm doing this wrong but it seems like when I use the business card scanner I don't have a way to add a company at the same time. When I look at help docs it looks like it should be an option, at least if you're using a QR code scanner, but for some reason that isn't available when using the business card scanner. I'd love to be able to add a company at the same time as a contact when scanning a business card, especially when we get multiple business cards from one company. Right now it seems like you need to add the company details first, then go through and scan all your cards. Is there a way to do this all at once?

Currently I can only see how many upvotes I've given in the Hubspot Community, but there really needs to be a way to see exactly what those upvotes are so I can navigate back and see what the update and status is of those requests. I didn't know this wasn't possible and now I can't remember exactly what or where I upvoted or bookmarked.

I have just joined the HubSpot Community and noticed there is no CMS Hub Forum and thought this would be really great since it is such a huge part of what HubSpot do now.

When people try to vote on a Hubspot Idea for the first time, they get prompted to log in to their Hubspot account, and the system takes them to the Accounts page, where there are no further instructions tha reveal what they have to do next. As a result, some people think that they can't vote on ideas, and some people believe that they've successfully voted because the clicked "upvote" and followed all the text instructions that they saw from there. If you were to add instructions on the Account page, as part of the Community login workflow, then some people wouldn't give up on trying to upvote, or even falsely think that they've successfully voted when they have not. I had about 10 different people reach out to either ask me for support with this today or to tell me that they voted when they did not, because the workflow didn't make sense to them. This is about 50% of the people that I asked to upvote so far, which means that the lack of text possibly confuses a large percentage of more casual Hubspot users. This workflow improvement -- adding instructional text on the Accounts page when people are trying to log in to the Community site -- would help a lot! Thank you for considering it. Joe
