Hello,   I do quite a bit of research for my company and it would be great to have a a better place to save news articles associated with a specific contact or company. I usually copy/paste the link of the article in the "Notes" tab of the company, but it would be even more helpful if their was a "News" tab that maybe gives a preview of the article or headline and can show up in the wider company activity feed.   This would be extremely helpful for building a unified knowledge base on current events with our contacts.    Thank you. -JQ ...その他を表示

Just an idea from an admin's point of view...   What if it was possible to score a user based on how clean their assigned data is.   For example: The goal is 100% but their score reduces for overdue tasks, overdue deals, duplicate contacts or companies assigned to them, etc.   There would need to be a place that points them to the specific issues to make it super easy to fix all the issues in one place.  Businesses could then set reasonable KPIs around their expectations and data maintenance would be made super simple. ...その他を表示

When I'm in the middle of working on a task in HubSpot, I often have ideas for improvements. However, the current process of providing feedback is cumbersome, as it requires navigating to the community section to create a post. This interruption can be disruptive, especially when working on intricate tasks that demand focus. Consequently, I find myself having to decide whether it's worth interrupting my workflow to share feedback, which often leads to missed opportunities for providing valuable input. To address this issue, it would be beneficial to have the ability to share ideas directly within the HubSpot interface. This would make the process quicker and more convenient, encouraging users to provide feedback more frequently. Additionally, HubSpot could suggest upvoting similar ideas to reduce duplications and streamline the feedback process. By implementing these changes, HubSpot would likely receive a higher volume of feedback from users, ultimately leading to more opportunities for improvement.   ...その他を表示

It would be nice to have an announcement page, where we could post notices for our entire company to see. We also work with a lot of partner companies, and if they had the ability to also go in and create an announcement when something changes in their company that we should be aware of, I think this would really help us stay more organized and informed when coordinating between multiple people and companies. Currently, information like this is always sent over emails, which can become lost in the overflowing inboxes which plague a lot of people. It is also far less efficient to convey updates via emails. Being able to keep track of updates regarding work on one announcement page would make this a lot easier. ...その他を表示

It would be very useful when pulling leads into the prospecting tool that we are not limited to leads who have entered specific lifecyle stages within the last 180 days but could have the option of choosing 'all time'.  ...その他を表示

It would be fantastic to be able to create forms for niche uses that did not map back to contact properties.   One use case: You're doing a special contest or collaboration with a partner where you're  collecting information to offer a product/ service/ or contest that is not part of your core product.    Right now to do this, all of these custom/ niche fields must be created as contacts and map back to contact properties. ...その他を表示

If you're a HubSpot Admin like I am, then you've used HubSpot in association with multiple email accounts.    The HubSpot Community portal really wants to link your activity to your current HubSpot login. It's very difficult to log in using an old login - requiring clearing cookies, incognito windows etc.  It's problematic because people leave jobs, and each new login created means that you: * Lose proof of HubSpot certifications (unless you realized in advance this would be an issue and transferred them to your new account before you lost access to the old one. This isn't always feasible.) * Lose the ability to be notified when one of your ideas is implemented.  * Lose badges you've earned * Lose connections you've made with other community members * And lose your subscriptions, bookmarks etc.   Because growing the Community is a new priority for HubSpot, it would be great to get this sorted sooner rather than later. ...その他を表示
