I'd like to suggest for there to be a way to calculate the ICT carbon footprint (or other widely accepted digital measure) of the hubSpot instance. I have been tasked by my employer to report on our digital imapct as part of the company's global commitment to sustainability.  I understand our sustainability credentials are becoming increasingly important to customers and employees. I'm currently trying to educate myself on the various different measurements for digital impact, but I do not see an obvious way to calculate the impact of our (sizeable multi-hub) HubSpot instance.  If I could even get a size in MB of database + the assets uploaded - that would be a starting point, but this information does not appear to be accessible currrently.  ...read more

As a developer, having access to both private betas at times, as well as public betas a prod accounts have access to would be vary valuable in staying ahead of changes and allow us to plan, build and ship solutions more effectively. There multiple threads in the developer community that end in the roadlock of betas only being available in prod accounts, often of Enterprise tier. This is fine for enabling in betas in prod accounts, but Developer Test Accounts should be included in the restricted tiers for Beta Access.  We want to build for the future.  ...read more

If you're a HubSpot Admin like I am, then you've used HubSpot in association with multiple email accounts.    The HubSpot Community portal really wants to link your activity to your current HubSpot login. It's very difficult to log in using an old login - requiring clearing cookies, incognito windows etc.  It's problematic because people leave jobs, and each new login created means that you: * Lose proof of HubSpot certifications (unless you realized in advance this would be an issue and transferred them to your new account before you lost access to the old one. This isn't always feasible.) * Lose the ability to be notified when one of your ideas is implemented.  * Lose badges you've earned * Lose connections you've made with other community members * And lose your subscriptions, bookmarks etc.   Because growing the Community is a new priority for HubSpot, it would be great to get this sorted sooner rather than later. ...read more

Could we please have an option to reorder association lists (i.e. on the right sidebar on desktop, or the Associations tab on mobile) dependent on a specific object property?   i.e. Contacts that have a custom property 'Status' that is set to 'Dead/inactive' should show further down the list than 'Active' ...read more

I'm switching companies. Both companies use HubSpot where I am an admin - so 2 different portal IDs and 2 different logins. And since I have a couple weeks left with my former employer, I'm doing some housekeeping.   Just like transferring HubSpot Academy certifications/training, I was hoping I could transfer my HubSpot Community account. This way, all of my badges, ideas, upvotes, etc. would move to the new portal ID with my new employer.    I contacted HubSpot Support to see how to do this. I was told this is not an option. HubSpot tech team is aware of this request but has no immediate/upcoming changes to this.   I would like HubSpot to reconsider this! Users should be able to transfer their Community account. When people try to vote on a Hubspot Idea for the first time, they get prompted to log in to their Hubspot account, and the system takes them to the Accounts page, where there are no further instructions tha reveal what they have to do next.   As a result, some people think that they can't vote on ideas, and some people believe that they've successfully voted because the clicked "upvote" and followed all the text instructions that they saw from there.   If you were to add instructions on the Account page, as part of the Community login workflow, then some people wouldn't give up on trying to upvote, or even falsely think that they've successfully voted when they have not.   I had about 10 different people reach out to either ask me for support with this today or to tell me that they voted when they did not, because the workflow didn't make sense to them. This is about 50% of the people that I asked to upvote so far, which means that the lack of text possibly confuses a large percentage of more casual Hubspot users.   This workflow improvement -- adding instructional text on the Accounts page when people are trying to log in to the Community site -- would help a lot!   Thank you for considering it.   Joe ...read more

Hallo ihr Lieben,   ich habe schon mit eurem Support telefoniert als auch per Mail Kontakt gehabt. Leider wurde mir immer mitgeteilt, dass das was wir vor haben nicht möglich ist.   Was wir vorhaben: Wir möchten einen Terminkalender in unserem Shop einbinden, über den unsere Kunden sich selbst einen Termin buchen können. Der Kunde soll also zuerst auswählen können, für was er einen Termin benötigt (Themen sind vorgegeben, Kunde brauch nur auswählen), anschließend sollen freie Tage plus freie mögliche Uhrzeiten angezeigt werden. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies aktuell nicht möglich ist, was sehr schade ist. Ist es möglich, das zu entwickeln, damit wir das so umsetzen können um unseren OnlineShop noch attraktiver zu gestalten.   Ich bedanke mich schon einmal bei euch. Liebe Grüße Lena  ...read more
