In marketing your content with proper storytelling, you must engage the "Golden Circle"—Why, How, When; and apply the essential elements of storytelling which are: Character, Conflict and Resolution. This idea will attempt to put these storytelling guidelines to practice for a personal brand example.   Brand: TheDeFiLawyer. Hi HubSpot team, Got a requirement from business that we need to explore if a change management process  is possible  on HubSpot which should have options to set up multiple approvers and there should be an auto creation of a task/request once the request have got all the required approvals. For example if a person from any team needs to perform any change in the company that may impact business that he should have any ways to raise a request through somewhere in hubspot ( like a web form or something else) which should have complete details of the change request ( like date, time, Total Duration of the change & the services impacted etc) and once the form is submitted, it should trigger a notification to his manager and if his manager needs a further approval from his manager, then it should trigger the same process for him as well and finally once it has all the approvals, a task should be generated for the requester for the same. Hey, This may go to the bottom of the feature priority list but can we have a "No Accepted Solution" filter for community posts?  When we check posts It would be nice to see posts without a solution yet so I can just look at them. No replies filter is somewhat helpful but I also see there are some  posts with answers and they don't have accepted solution   ...read more

If I view a post here in the Community and click to upvote it, I am logged in via Khoros but taken away from the ticket to the home page of the Community. It's super annoying to have to then click back each time. Seems like such a simple UI thing. My team really enjoys when HubSpot releases new features. The problem is, they're normally released without us knowing about them. Is there a static space, even if it is gated, that we can see some sort of blog showing us what each feature is, and a link to the knowledge base document on it? That would be super helpful.   I normally only find out about stuff when I go to do something I normally do, and the navigation is completely different, or new buttons have popped up out of nowhere lol. Like today, went to the contact page and noticed the middle panel is completely different now. Went to a search, and saw a new "inline editing" feature was added as a Beta option.   I would love to get our team excited about all the wonderful things HubSpot is releasing, but stumbling upon them is not the way guys. During Inbound they mentioned https://www.hubspot.com/new, but that's just an outward facing page that is nice for potentional buyers, not existing users.
