Hi HubSpot Community,   I'm writing to share some thoughts and suggestions regarding the new Case Study Beta feature. While it's a fantastic step forward, there are a few areas where I believe it could be further improved to provide users with even more flexibility and customization options.   Current Limitations:   Limited Listing Page Customization: The current listing page customization options, particularly around tag filtering, feel somewhat restrictive. Being able to create more granular filters and sorting options would significantly enhance the user experience and meet more business needs.   Lack of Child Theme: The inability to create a child theme specifically for case studies limits our ability to fully align the design with the rest of our website.    No Multilingual Variations: As with HubSpot's blog feature, the ability to create multilingual variations of case studies would be invaluable for global businesses.   Header and Footer Customization: While there are some options for customizing the header and footer, they are quite limited. This often leads to design inconsistencies across the website, as the header and footer don't match the overall site design.  Proposed Enhancements: Expand Listing Page Customization: Allow for more granular tag filtering and sorting options. (e.g., filter by solution and case study type; sort by date, popularity or custom field) Provide additional layout options for the listing page. (e.g., grid view or card view) Introduce a Child Theme Option: Enable users to create custom child themes for case studies, allowing for greater design flexibility and alignment with the overall website. (e.g. customize sections, fonts, and add new modules) Support for Multilingual Variations: Implement a similar system to the blog feature, allowing users to create different language versions of their case studies. (e.g. create a Italian version of a case study targeting the Italian market) Enhance Header and Footer Customization: Provide more flexibility in customizing the header and footer, including the ability to use custom CSS. (e.g. have more styling options for the menu items) I believe that by addressing these limitations, HubSpot can create a truly powerful and customizable case study tool.    What are your thoughts on these suggestions? The Case Study Beta feature is amazing. However, if HubSpot could provide access to create a child theme from the Elevate theme or allow us to create templates for the Case Study listing and details pages within our own theme, it would be great. ...read more

The new Case Studies feaute is quite useful but missing an important feature.   I need a wayt to specify in which order those case studies are displayed on the list page.    Sort Examples:  - Create date (asc and desc) + the ability to change the creation date to support migration efforts of case studies to HubSpot) - Order manualy (I choose the order based on my needs)   -  ...read more

Hey HubSpot,   I really like the new "Case Studies" Feature but it's missing an important option: Multi-Language Creation   Strangely it's availble in the template editor but not in the actual content editor...   Please bring this soon, otherwise this feature will starve in acceptence very soon.   Thänks! The current beta version of the Case Study feature does not allow custom template editing and content managing per business unit.  Changes in one business unit affect the other.  It would be great if it was like blogs, where you can have two independant sections for the one feature.  ...read more

We have just started using case studies and while we like it, it is limited in how we can configure it.  Where there is the option to add the URL to link to the company's website, there is no option for it to open in another tab.  This would be beneficial as we are trying to promote ourselves and our customer.  More flexibility in the case study overall would be welcome as it is quite limited at the moment. ...read more

Hi Hubspot, I'm so excited for the case studies feature! I LOVE that it's a separate tab as this makes organization for our team much much easier. However, we already have case studies designed and implemented.  Main Page: https://tryhealium.com/customer-success-stories Case Study itself: https://tryhealium.com/customer-success-stories/carter  These were built as webpages because this was made before the case studies feature in Hubspot was available. Also it allowed us to have more design options. I would LOVE the ability to import these to the case studies section so it's stored and organized there. Hi HubSpot team, currently I'm trying to create a workflow that evaluate multiple conditionals, I tried with a branching but I realized that it doesn't work because I need the following:   I have a lot of properties for every month in every year since 2024 until 2030, those properties are of currency field type. So I need that for every month with a value greater than 0, increase a "1" in other propertie that counts the total of payed months.   Just for the example: in the year 2024 during the 12 months there are only 4 properties with a registered value greater than 0, so the property will be added a 1 for each of those months so the result would be 4.   The only way that I currently think to make it possible is to create a workflow for every month, but is not a good way and neither optimal. ...read more
