I think one of the biggest problems with hubspot forms is that, whenever there is a reason to make changes to a form (for example add new fields, edit dependent fields, change GDPR settings etc), you need to do it one by one on all the forms. It would be much easier if you could create different template forms (for example one for newsletter signup, one for lead gen, one for book a meeting etc) and then clone from these templates. Once you need to edit a form, you can just edit the template and have the option to edit all forms that are using the template.  Using the same form is often not an option, because of different CTAs, the form being added as an asset to different campaigns, or different languages for example.  I really hope you will work on this, its a really messy job right now... ...read more

HubSpot only gives a facility to copy bit.ly links of the tracking URLs created for campaigns.  While the auto shortening is great, one needs to be able to copy the entire tracking URL with all parameters as well.   Can we add that functionality please? ...read more

In "Marketing --> Planning and Strategy --> Campaigns" we create campaigns and then we are able to add assets like landing pages or static list to it and this is great. We can also add budget and campaign goal and this is great too.    My problem is that I want to see the ROI for my online and offline campaigns. When I run a TV ad, I redirect people to a separate URL / landing page so that I capture all the traffic and leads that flow through this channel. I add the landing page as an asset to my campaign so that all the contacts acquired by it belong to this campaign.    But there is no place within the campaign where I can record my actual marketing spending and this is necessary to calculate ROI in reports. It would be great to have the possibility to record my actual ad spending for this campaign so that having ROI calculated I know if I still should be spending money on TV ads or not.   Ads spendings for online sources like Google or Facebook are recorder automatically and the ROI for these channels can be calculated with no problem. The same should be available for all the other marketing channels that are not integrated with HubSpot. I don't know if this should be at the campaign level because it can be mixed with the cost generated by its assets but maybe adding a new asset type ("advertising") and making it available to link with the campaign would be a good idea.    It should be possible to assign costs for this new asset type and the costs should be considered when calculating ROI for this campaign. It should be possible to record "advertising" costs in a one-to-many relation for this asset type and within a certain date range i.e.: when I pay for TV ads on a monthly basis I put my advertising costs month-by-month.    This would also allow me to measure the ROI on Facebook posts. When I hire a marketing agency to manage my Facebook and I pay them $5k / month, I can clearly see what is my ROI for this channel.   I think this would help a lot of people to save money on channels that are not performing as expected. For Hubspot developers to implement   To be able to add an external link in our campaign dashboard.   Example: we noticed after doing some tests, that a sub-domain landing page in Hubspot as less impact on Google Ads than a direct link on our website. So we had to build a landing page on our website directly too have a better impact in our conversions with Google Ads. The problem is that now our landing page is track in analytics dashboard but not under campaign. Can we have that possibility. Enable the ability for customer-facing reps to select specific marketing and/or sales campaigns when logging a call in the HubSpot CRM. This will help with activity attribution to specific campaigns, which will contribute to campaign effectiveness measurement and revenue attribution.   Ideally, this would be a dropdown in the activity logging box/screen that comes up either on the web or mobile app. ...read more

Dear Community & Support,   As a new user, I have to admit how put off I am by the lack of organizational options in HubSpot.    Campaigns: For starters, there is not a way to organize overall campaigns. I find that HubSpot defines Campaigns too specifically. If I wanted to track overall SMM, then break it down into Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, then year, then "campaign" why shouldn't I be able to? CTAs: My company has over 120 documents in our library and I know that is more than most but to need to create a single CTA for every single one and then NOT be able to organize them into a folder specifically for the library is crushing. Emails: Finally! Folders! ... Just kidding, you can't create subfolders so the template folder you wanted for all your tradeshows, events and conferences needs to be its own folder outside of the tradeshow folder.   I could keep going but I think my point is clear. I've uncovered quite a major flaw in the workflows tool, which severely hinders the ability to create effectively functioning, always-on workflows for B2B companies with a global audience. If you want contacts to only receive emails on weekdays, and during work hours in their respective timezones, you have to restrict your pause steps to 7 days, or risk sending your contacts emails in the middle of the night! Given that you need the emails to be able to deliver emails 24/7 (it's always business hours somewhere!) during the week, but not on weekends, it's the setting of these executable windows for workflow actions where it all falls down... If a contact enters such a workflow at 4pm UK time on a Tuesday, receiving an email and going into a 5-day pause step before email 2, they will reach Sunday and wait for the sending window to open again - which in this case would have to be just after midnight on Monday morning, to account for contacts in different timezones. This would cause that contact to receive an email in the middle of the night! WE NEED the ability to allow contacts to enter the next step at the same time as they entered it, rather than having emails triggered as soon as the window opens. The current functionality only works if your audience is all in one timezone, and so you can set specific email windows such as 9am-4pm.  If you have a global audience, a set time window cannot be used. So... that only leaves us with two, quite undesirable options! - Set them to weekdays only, contacts begin dropping in naturally in their various timezones, and some pass through fine, but others reach the weekend, and as a result receive an email at a bizarre time on a Monday - Set all the pauses in the workflow to be a 7-day step, so the emails are guaranteed to be sent on a weekday AND at an appropriate time related to their location, but severely limiting the flexibility we have with pause steps in the process.
