Common sense tells us that we should be manually following up with contacts that are actively engaging with our content (documents). Hubspot tracks who has opened documents, and can even tell us how many seconds they've spent on each page. This is valuable, actionable, timely information. However, accessing this information from the UI today is a brutal, painstaking manual effort. For example, to discover that someone did this: frankly requires a lot of effort/luck. The process today: 1. of the hundreds or more documents, click the correct one 2. of the potentially hundreds or more of people that clicked a link, click on Details next that person's name... This information is sales gold and it is not indexed for reporting. You cannot create a dashboard to review this information. You can not create a task, or sequence, or workflow based on any of this intelligence. It is such a shame because acting on this information is mutually benefitial to the Hubspot user and the contact. Please make the information related to our Documents (and even Sequences) functionally accessable. If you really want to make the Sales Workspace useful, pump that intelligence here: Please, and thank you. 🙂
