The Hubspot tool for posting on social networks is not compliant with good community management practices. Unfortunately, by posting directly to social media, it is not possible to associate our posts to a Campaign.   It would be very useful.   Does anyone else feel the same? ...read more

Hi We have ran into the issue that when adding assets  "Ad Assets" to a HubSpot campaign we can only add the LinkedIn Ad GROUP and not a campaign within that group.  The whole group must be added.   This does not align with how we group our campaigns in LinkedIn.   We would like to be able to add a single LinkedIn campaign to a HubSpot campaign regardless of the LinkedIn Ad Group it lives in.   For example, when I try to find the Corporates New Business campaign , I can only see the “corporate” campaign group and not the specific campaign we want to add.   Thanks   ...read more

I love to see Projects, not just a task list also with the possibility to use a Gant chart and visualise all tasks in a  timeline. Both in Projects and Campaign would replace the need for Monday or similar SaaS tools for marketing planning.  Would be great in using the function of the projects for Product Marketing and sync all our product launches in one tool!  The elements within a Gantt chart can be grouped into four categories: resources, milestones, tasks, and dependencies. Resources: Project managers must have insight into what resources are needed for tasks outlined in a Gantt chart, in order for each to be completed on time. Milestones: Along your timeline, there will likely be milestones, both small and large, that must be hit in order to keep your project on track. A milestone for a blog launch might be, “Blog post draft due on 5/30.” Tasks: There are specific things that need to be completed along the way of your project. In our blog post example, a task might be, “Edit blog post.” Dependencies: Tasks on your Gantt chart will be related to each other, for example, the editor won’t be able to complete her task of editing the blog post until the writer has met their milestone and submitted their draft on 5/30. Would be great if within the list tool, especially active lists, that we have a filter to capture any contact who has ever interacted with our certain campaign assets.   The goal here is to be able to slice and dice the information captured via this active list for reporting purposes via dashboards. At the moment, the only possible way to do this is by "Use in a list" on the influence contacts feature under the campaign tool and that's even a static list. Practical use case We'd like to show our commercial team in a dashboard anyone who has ever interacted with our Sustainability campaign segmented by their parent (key) accounts or deal stage. To be able to get the most current data, an active list is required for this. List membership filter under the report creation would then be combined with other contact or deal related filters and so we can create customized reports for our relevant stakeholders (in this case the commercial team) ...read more

Right now, the fact that there are no file-specific analytics and files can't be added as campaign assets in Hubspot creates a huge gap for content marketers in the platform. There's no way to gauge the effect that content had on the campaign or attribute a specific file to revenue, etc.  Sure, as a workaround you could track form submissions, or put a link or CTA to a file in an email and track clicks, but those metrics aren't intended for content insight or attribution - they're for conversion rates and email performance. Plus, you can't include forms as campaign assets either*, so the only way to get any kind of content insight via the Campaigns Tool is to use the email workaround mentioned above, and as mentioned, those metrics aren't intended for the content insight (number of views, number of downloads, view dates, download dates, who's viewed, etc.).
