We have 3 users with 3 individual numbers in OpenPhone. The integration between OpenPhone & Hubspot was successfully done. Two of the standard users can make & receive calls in hubspot thru OpenPhone however one of the user cannot. What can be the issue in this matter?

I use the hubspot phone number as my main business line and have it listed on business cards, Google Business Profile etc. Because of this, I get calls from unknown numbers. Sometimes spam, sometimes prospects, sometimes something else. Currently, if someone calls my hubspot phone number and I miss the call I do not have an easy way to call them back. There is no way in hubspot to simply enter in a phone number you want to call. The number HAS to be associated with a record. However, in the above example that makes no sense and is a huge hassle. So let's walk through the steps. 1. Someone I don't know calls my business and I miss the call. 2. I see the missed call in hubspot, but because this is an unknown contact I don't have any info on it. In this case. I have to create a FAKE contact (because I don't even know who this is yet) and then dial out to the number this one. 3. If the caller is relevant, I then have to edit all the fake contact info I just put in to make this call and adjust it so it's corect. If it's a spam call I then have to remove this fake contact I made so it doesn't pollute my contact list. Can you imagine anyone or any company that does marketing and uses their hubspot number? They could be getting dozens of calls a day from unknown numbers and have literally know way to call them back if they miss the call. What a nightmare and hassle.

Would be great to have the ability to see who has their Hubspot phone currently active and ready to receive calls - I don't beleive that functionality currently exists.

Currently only available for Zoom (which we don't use), so a Google Meet integration would be awesome. All integrated would be much better for the workflow.

Currently if you're using RingCentral integration for calling from within HubSpot, you can't use "transcripts" or Conversation Intelligence. Please upvote this idea, so HubSpot will work on that integration functionality so RingCentral users can get their recorded calls transcribed and use in Conversation Intelligence. RingCentral is a big player in this space, and one that Salesforce has doubled-down on. I hope you add this feature!

This is a one-time courtesy post on behalf of a customer. He would like an integration so that when he adds a contact to his iPhone, it creates a contact in the HubSpot CRM. I let him know it isn't currently a feature, given Apple is a third party, but he requested I make this feature request for him! I see a feature request for a pop-up like in Android to log a call made with a HubSpot contact, but our product team had responded that this isn't possible due to Apple's constraints: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/iphone-pop-up-log-after-a-call/idi-p/402133 Otherwise, you'd need to either manually create a record (which you should be able to do from the HubSpot app manually on iPhone) or you can do so via import. You could also look into calling integrations.

TL and Management should be able to drop in on any live call and either coach (whisper in user's ear) or barge in on the call and conference with the dialed party. They should also be able to listen to live calls without being detected.

We are looking to add our 800 number for our users to call outbound with our firms name and number showing. I understand this is npt currently availble but believe its a great vaule add to your platform. To call out by toll free number and have extention idenified with it to track user perfomance.
