Hi, i am using Hubspot Sales for the first time, i'm based in Europe. I have a number of feature requests based on my early experience. Feedback on whether this can be made possible on the free or Starter plan would be welcome.   Be able to change the default currency to Euro in the free plan. Currently, this appears impossible, which makes the free version difficult to use for us in Europe (all deals and quotes are in USD). Seems unfair that there is a good working free version for the USA but not for us in Europe.  Add more options for adding European phone numbers to call from. I am in the Netherlands and am unable to add this number, because it is not in your list of countries for adding a 'from' call number.  We should be able to delete the Unsubscribe/Manage Preferences links in the footer of marketing emails. Many of us prefer to send emails that look like a personal one-on-one email. This makes that impossible. On the free or starter marketing plan, be able to send automatic followup emails when there is no reply after sending a bulk marketing email + also after individual emails (so not just making a task to followup, but option for sending an automatic followup email). Currently, this seems only possible with sequences, which are a part of the very expensive Professional plans. However, a simple followup email on no reply is a basic functionality for us. Make available product lines as part of the sales starter plan Make it possible to place calls on your own mobile with your own mobile plan, by pressing 'call contact' in the web interface. Currently, this is possible via the mobile app, which is great. But, it does take a lot of time. When i've determined i want to call someone in the web interface on PC, i then need to find the contact on my mobile app, and call that person. It would be great if pressing 'call' in the web interface, could trigger a call being made on my Android or iOS device, with my own mobile plan, with the possibility of then logging the call, just like when i press 'call' in the mobile app.  Include a warmup possibility as part of marketing emails (like Smartreach) For the Outlook addin: Currently there is an option to turn on or off by default logging and tracking of emails. It would be VERY handy if tracking and logging could be set on by default ONLY for emails from/to people that are already in the Hubspot contacts list, and off for other contacts. Hi Community 🙂,   Building upon the support for the conversations API, there needs to be a method for accessing the call transcriptions in real-time for calls made through HubSpot’s calling tool, using HubSpot's integration with Zoom, or using a third-party calling provider that is integrated with HubSpot.   Hoping for support towards a 360 degree customer view from HubSpot, in order to achieve this calls should be included in the same way that other channels are within the conversation webhook.   Regards, Alexander ...read more

I work with a team of technical salesman that have many different types of calls they make throughout the day. It would be great to be able to label these different calls and have metrics. There is currently a label to show whether we connected, left a message, etc but no where to label them as a "follow up", "Cold Call", "Referal Call", etc. It would be great to be able to have some standard options but also be able to customize them as well. ...read more

The new auto-formatting and validation feature for phone numbers is a step in the right direction.   However, the current integration seems to be missing the mark with regard to user experience. I was unable to find any articles or posts in the Help Center announcing the new auto-formatting feature. The only Knowlege Base article that pops up when searching "phone number validation" is a detailed breakdown of editing default contact properties, and then there is only a reference to the validation and formatting being applied "automatically by Hubspot based on the country code."   This feature is certainly a step in the right direction, but several improvements are needed to improve the user experience and make the feature more functional overall (noting that recent comments on an "old" idea thread are already being discussed here; skip to page 7).   Suggested improvements include:   Global Setting to Enable/Disable auto-formatting at the account level - currently, the feature is enabled by default with no disable setting available Global Setting to assign a default Country Code - currently, the Country Code must be selected manually for every new contact (see screenshot below) Bulk edit phone numbers to apply Country Code format & validation -- currently, only able to apply formatting & validation when editing one individual contact at a time OR when adding to new contacts manually added (not via web forms -- this is needed, too) Retain "number only" format for export and/or sync to other apps or integrations to remove non-number characters (parentheses, plus sign, spaces) Default behavior of phone number formatting & validation when creating a new contact:     There are likely other enhancements that other users, especially those not based in the US, would appreciate. ...read more

Feature is for Sales managers to be able to coach their reps to excel performance. Aircall & Salesloft both have this tool and it allows them to shadow calls, listen in and whisper.  ...read more

Currently testing out your NEW inbound calling feature. Right now I have 8 reps each with existing phone lines. It would be great if I could allow each rep to keep their current phone number and link that phone number to the inbound calling feature. ...read more

Hello! Posting on behalf of a customer here -Similar to bulk editing properties or creating tasks in bulk, would appreciate being able to mass update activities, especially that of call logs for contacts and companies. This would really help ease the manual logging of calls, especially when there are so many in a day. Thank you! ...read more

The phone number section on the left side has an annoying popup now and I was wondering if it can be removed. I need three steps instead of one to make any changes now or to even just copy the number I see there if necessary. It was OK before, I don't know why they decided to make it more complicated. ...read more

If zoom is the only video call option, it should be set by default instead of adding it manually. I know it is just 2 clics but it can improve UI.   Thanks. ...read more
