We need to be able to export call transcripts from Hubspot, so that we can perform analysis on different groups of contacts and identify trends in their phone calls. Currently the only way we can see a call transcript is to manually click on each individual contact - it's not possible to do a mass-export or to have the call transcript included as part of a list or report. It would be very helpful if the property "Call and meeting types" is stored as a mandatory field so that the field cannot be forgotten when logging. As part of a sales team that does a lot of outbound calling, I would love the ability to set a Direction default to Outbound when loggging calls.    My process today is to be on a Contact page. Migrate to Calls tab. Click Log Call and have to manually select the Direction. I would love to be able to set this to default to Outbound and only have to change it when it is Inbound verse the current state where I have to change this 100% of the time. This could be a user default.   It would also be nice to have a pre-set user default for Call outcome as it would prevent having to change these 100% of the time. I currently have two phone numbers in Hubspot but can only forward both numbers to one number    HS number: 617-xxx-xxxx HS Number 781-xxx-xxxx   I would like to forward the 617 HS number to my Cell phone and the 781 Number to my business line.
