Hey y'all -- My team recently ran into an interesting issue. After Hubspot Support couldn't solve it, they suggested I post it here. Essentially, we have tried as many Permissions settings as possible, yet every Hubspot user on our Portal is capable of seeing every call on the Contacts > Calls index page -- no matter what team or user the call originated from. This, as you might suspect, causes issues where manager-level calls (and their recordings/transcriptions!) can be seen by any sales rep in the portal. With multiple departments' calls all appearing there, too, it can cause a headache. If our CEO has a call with an important partner, we can't stop our new hires from listening in--not great. This feels like a baseline privacy/security issue that should be resolved ASAP. Thanks!
