The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table. Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But... In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all? The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product. Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand. No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey.

It looks like adding a personalization token to a CTA URL is not currently possible in HubSpot, as the token will become URL-encoded when the CTA is created in the CTA tool, instead of populating with a contact's information (unlike a regular link that's created directly in the email editor).

Hi, I have created some Pop-Up CTA's on our websites - which look lovely on desktop but don't seem to be responsive on mobile. For example, spacing around copy is cut short and imagery is too large - so does not render down properly for mobile devices. For us, this essentially means I cannot use these pop-ups on mobile, which in turn means we lose out on displaying content to mobile users. May I suggest this responsiveness is looked into - even small requests such as 'hiding content on mobile' would perhaps make a big difference. Thank you, Caitlin

Currently in the "Show in these websites" settings for CTAs, the query parameters entered must be combined with "OR": Query parameter example We'd like the ability to toggle that to "AND" in cases where we want it to show only a page that has 2 specific query parameters.

It would be wonderful & time saving if the Sales template emails had a section to add a CTA. Right now, I have to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs > create a CTA. Then I have to take a screen shot after it's made & upload it to my images. Then, I can finally go to my Sales template, insert the image, & add a link. HS has nearly everything else, why doesn't it have this? A good chunk of my emails are made in these templates & this would save time & make procedures more efficient.

Hello, It would be great to have the ability to place a Contextual Call to Action (CTA) that opens in a pop-up from within a text. For example, having the option to add a "learn more" mention at the end of a paragraph that serves as a link opening a pop-up window. The alternative we currently use involves a button to which we add the link to the contextual CTA. Then, with a script in the page's head, we remove the button's formatting. Thank you 🙏

It would be perfect to be able in forms to put a button next to an email adress field for exemple. We need this feature for a form that will appear on our Hero website page, in the header, and having the CTA button under the email adress field is eating a looot of space. So in general, being able to add at least 1 column within a form, especially by choosing the position of the CTA would be perfect.

We need a way to select which CTA will fire on a page if there are multiple CTAs with overlapping targetting settings. A hierarchy of sorts. For example: we want to promote some evergreen content as a lead magnent on our blog with a slide-in CTA. However, for a few months, we want to more aggressivly promote a major event we're hosting with a pop-up CTA on the blog. Currently, a visitor will receive both CTAs on the blog and will have to close out of both if uninterested — which I think is a bad UX. It would be great if we could keep those evergreen CTAs on (lead magnets, newsletter subscribes, etc) and be able to "prioritze" when another CTA should fire on the same page. Bonus points if there's an alert message: "Warning, you have 2 other CTAs that match some or more of these targeting criteria."

We have used CTA legacy for years. We have depended upon the easy and quick export data function (gray box) to export a spreadsheet with basic data of the legacy CTAs: name of CTA, views, clicks etc... We have depended upon this function to easily track and report 1000s of our CTAs, which is a lot of tracking. You are now rolling out brand-new CTAs, but it doesn't have an easy data export. It seems like a pretty basic function that people who are using and tracking CTAs would want. We definitely do! The reports that we've tried to develop to replicate don't even show the name of the CTA, just a number associated with it. In addition, those reports separate views and clicks so that they can't even be on the same report. Currently, (if legacy CTAs were taken away) we'd have to go line by line manually copying numbers straight from within the hubspot dashboard CTA page instead of a simple report or export of our CTAs. Taking away the data export functionality and not having any simple report that can replicate the data will result in less efficiency and adding substantial labor hours to customers who track and report on many CTAs. We literally just need name of CTA, Views, Clicks - those are the most basic analytics of CTAs. Please please provide something that easily exports the data, preferably into spreadsheet form. One that is exactly similar to the current functionality would be ideal. Losing this functionality will be absolutely brutal for our business.
