I just learned from support that there "are no plans" for the new CTA builder to support smart rules or multivariate testing, and the legacy CTAs are going to be retired in April (haven't heard back yet on what day).   This is creating somewhat of a panic on our end because we have nearly 50 CTAs all over our client's website that are either multivariate tests or smart CTAs in the legacy builder, and the "Migrate" button doesn't work for them because their functionality isn't supported, so we'll have to spend our time and our clients' money to recreate each one of them manually in the new builder if the legacy version is truly going to be discontinued.    HubSpot, PLEASE do not discontinue the legacy CTA feature until the new version has the same functionality and capabilities as the one that we have been using!! We don't want to change out our embedded buttons with smart rules for pop-ups, we want to just simply use the same features we've been using.  ...read more

I currently have a form that redirects to a meeting scheduler. The sales rep that appears is based on a condition from the form - Company Headquarter's State. However, I'd like to be able to add a second condition based on company size.   Our terratories are set up by region, but in two instances, Texas and California are larger territories so we split that up further based on other criteria.   We'd love to be able to set multiple conditions for the calendar redirect so that if someone's company is in Texas AND the company is a large enterprise, the form redirects to Person A vs. if the company was based in Texas AND the company was a small business, it would redirect to Person B. ...read more

With the transition to the new CTAs all of our old CTAs are not functioning correctly in our HubDB files (i.e. case studies). Need to have the new CTAs functionality available in the "insert" option within HubDB.  ...read more

Currently, there are two options to display a CTA, either by a URL or a Query parameter under "Where will it be shown?"   Will you please consider a referring domain as a trigger? We have many redirect domains and acquire new companies frequently. Having the capability for a referring domain to trigger a CTA is an excellent way to help users expecting the original site to understand why they've been redirected. ...read more

I want the ability to update contact properties (even if limited to the lifecycle stage) after someone clicks a CTA - like we can in forms. Ideally you would be able to update any contact property in both the forms and CTA to help track the contacts journey and update where they are in it. ...read more

This feature will help marketing to run pop-up forms to be triggered on multiple rules. My suggestion is that we should add a feature or code that allows pop-up forms to appear multiple times with various triggers even after the form is dismissed in the same page visit. Currently the pop up forms appears once only and once it's dismissed it doesn't appear again. Adding this feature will allow marketing team get leads more easily.
