Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

When you are using a Popup CTA as a Banner along with a Chat bubble the bubble is covered by the banner.  This prevents a user from accessing the Chat bubble while the banner is being displayed.   I can change the z-index of the widget iframe from 9998 to 9999 within my css file but thought it would be better if it did that by default. ...read more

I am using a cta in several modules on the same page using {{ cta("guid") }} however I have noticed that the generated html use a html id that is not unique (shared for all the common CTA). This seems to be penalized in pagespeedinsight accessibility section, and is generally considerred to be an invalid html practice. Could we add an option in a CTA to make the html ids unique ? The id seems to be cta_button_number_hubspot-cta-id (eg: cta_button_2458562_ce018fe5-be95-45b7-8ca3-fc23e2d8adfa). Maybe we could append a random number after or a count. If the hubspot id of the CTA is important, it can still be stored in a data attribute. But the html field id should be unique and clearly cloning a CTA to have unique id is unpractical when one needs to change a CTA text or destination link ...read more

It would be useful to receive notifications when a winner has been found for a CTA that's set up as a multivariate test. With the ability to toggle this feature on/off (perhaps in the Settings page under my Notification preferences), I wouldn't have to manually check if a multivariate has been declared a winner or not.  ...read more

TLDR: Include CTAs in every CMS Hub and/or Marketing Hub Tier, starting with 3 in Free, 5 in Starter, and unlimited once you get to Pro and Enterprise.   Who: marketers, web designers, web developers, theme developers, anyone using CMS Hub to grow their business   Goal: Allow access for all tiers to purchase paid themes that require CTAs due to how modules are developed to incorporate CTAs and buttons and eliminate unnecessary theme migrations from free to paid themes.   Value: A CMS Hub free user could opt to buy a Pro level theme and grow into CMS Hub (and other hubs). It would allow them to build their website once with the theme of choice and not have to worry about compatibility or migrating their website later. It would essentially allow all of the themes in the marketplace to be available for all customers.   Examples: Many other tools within HubSpot are structured this way, such as included marketing contacts or even number of snippets, templates, etc.   Additional insight: as a theme developer, we've had to create an alternate version of our theme without CTAs to offer to customers using CMS Hub Starter. This is a manual process and loses the advantages of themes offered in the marketplace we are asked very often what the impact would be of changing from CMS Hub Pro to Starter long after they've built the website with the theme (this breaks everything) - it forces customers to stay locked in to a specific tier without the flexibility to adapt as their business needs change (like in the current volatile economic market) with 3 CTAs in Free, customers could start tracking their "contact us" conversions, as well as 2 key conversion actions, like "buy now" or "subscribe" - this would show the value of CTAs first hand and allow them to make the choice to upgrade with 5 CTAs in Starter, same thing, customers can start to leverage the tool and show value before asking for a budget increase ...read more

It looks like adding a personalization token to a CTA URL is not currently possible in HubSpot, as the token will become URL-encoded when the CTA is created in the CTA tool, instead of populating with a contact's information (unlike a regular link that's created directly in the email editor). ...read more

Now that we have the ability to do pop up CTAs within the pop up form module, I would really love to see the ability to track those clicks. Currently it is my understanding that the only tracking that happens on these are form submissions when you use the form pop up module. But if you choose one of the other options, we should still be able to get tracking info on the clicks. ...read more

It would be great to be able to pop-up a form when a user click a button (or CTA).    Right now you can trigger pop-up forms only on: time spent on page or scroll percentage or exit intent.    Has anyone found a workaround for this? I'd rather not takeusers to a different page which has the form.  ...read more
