One area that I think could be improved is the reporting element on CTAs.    For instance, I see a contact has a clicked CTA X, however when I go to view the analytics of CTA X there's nothing on the screen that tells me where that CTA is placed.    It'd be super useful if the table also showed which emails or landing pages the CTA was on. Hi - the forms in hubspot are functional, but there is no option to design these to look cool. All you can do is upload an image and decide the color of the button! You guys have this blog that highlights all these great pop-up examples, yet you don't make your pop up have the ability to look like any of these! I was working on CTA email address. The action gets correctly executed which is opening the mailbox. But on the browser, the page gets redirected to a page which says  'redirecting'. Hello Hubspot, it would be really useful a feature that trigger an in-page informative message (a download landing page basically) if a user fills out a form or click a CTA that activate the download of an .exe. In this moment, in OPTIONS section for editing a form you can select only one among the two options: "Display a thank you page" OR "Redirect to another page". If for instance "Redirect to another page" is the option choosen to execute the trigger of the file download, you can not also select "Display a thank you page". ...read more

hi all posting on behalf of my customer:    they are looking for a way to be able to set time-based rules for their CTA to show, specifically they have a "Call Us" CTA and they not want it to show on weekends when no one is able to mend their phone line.    At the moment, we are able to utilise smart content for our CTAs but we do not have a way to detect the contact's device time/day of the week to be able to not show them certain content. Hubspot is great for managing users and embedding easily on to a website... but to say the pop up formatting optionality is lacking is the understatement of the year.   In other forms, like embedded forms, I have the option to make it look pretty much however I want it to. But, the popup for exit intent is frankly ugly. I would love to be able to customize the format in some ways, like, rezie the image, or, resize the entire callout box! Mailchimp and other services do this much better than Hubspot. For the price tag, I would love to have a truly all-in-one option for popups.    Anyone else agree? I have seen it all over the message boards like Here and here but so far HS has been crickets on this functionality.   The value: higher conversion rates, prettier popups, and more leads!!   Let's do this.
