Today, I noted that we had a CTA Button that was taking users to a 404 error page.  The URL in the CTA was set up to 301 redirect to a different URL. However, because HubSpot adds Tracking info to the end of the URL, this button started taking users to a 404 error page instead of correctly 301 redirecting them to the new page.   I'm curious if this is something that can be fixed or resolved in some way. ...read more

Hi,   When creating a workflow, we noticed that although other links show up fine, any CTAs created in HubSpot don't show up in Workflows with their name but with their URL, which is confusing because it means I have to go back to each CTA and look at the tail of the URL to check which one to choose. Hi there,   I've been using HubSpot for about 6 years now on-and-off in a sales and marketing capacity.   One thing which has almost never changed or improved is pop ups.   However, HubSpot as a company is using pop ups other than the ones available to paying users, which is a little bit cheeky; surely the proof of product should be in the pudding?   It would be great if the pop ups you use in your own marketing could be added to a 'library' of options for us paying users to access too.   This new, sticky pop up banner for example on the State of Marketing report is beautiful and much nicer than the pop ups we can currently use.   ...read more

Although this feature exists on the general CTA overview page, it would be useful to have this information available after clicking on an individual CTA as well...   Even better, would be if some CTR/Submission info were avaialable for each individual blog/page on each individual CTA page.   (It used to be available on each blog page to see how well each CTA performs, which is preferrable because one CTA might perform quite well on one page but not on another. Having this information available again would be extremely useful)   An example: I have an article "Why Hubspot Rules!". In this article, I have 3 different CTAs for 3 different landing pages. However, all 3 of these CTAs also appear on other blog articles as well. I currently have no way of seeing how well each CTA performs on each individual blog. Hola!   Estaría bien poder reutilizar CTA's. Por ejemplo, en las newsletter, tener la opción de clonar el mail, y dejar las mismas CTA's, cambiando la url del link sin necesidad de crear nuevas. Porque cada vez que cambio las urls de las CTA's de la plantillas, se cambia en tooodos los mails, incluso los que ya están enviados. Y se pierde bastante tiempo.   Un abrazo! ...read more

Je réalise un projet de Customer Success dans mon entreprise, Tessan, au pôle Opérations et j'ai utilisé l'outil Tickets de Hubspot. Mes workflows et mes crétions de tickets fonctionnent bien, mais dès lors que je crée un workflow basé sur une réponse à un Call-To-Action implémentée dans un mail automatique, le workflow ne s'éxcute qu'une seule fois par client et c'est très embettant pour l'automatisation des services pour notre équipe SAV. De même pour les enquêtes de Feedback, le problème de réinscription me freine et rend impossible le retour sur expérience des clients à plusieurs reprises.
