Similar to how we can now add a description to workflows (see screenshot), it would be helpful to have this feature for CTAs. Use case: When we embed CTAs on external pages, etc, these locations are not included in the location count (see other screenshot), so it would be nice to include these external URL placements in a notes section for each CTA so we can maintain better.

When we use 'meeting links' as CTA in an email campaign, we cannot get the exact number/contacts that actually booked a meeting. Right now all we get is a number that indicates 'x' people clicked on the CTA which is of no use unless we know whom all booked (everyone that clicks needs not book a meeting) 😕

New popup CTA buttons only appear centered correctly in Tablet. Not in Mobile and not in Desktop. Could this be fixed asap? Thank you

Currently there is not a way to get the CTA stats to show in the page performance for the Landing page where the buttons are used. This would be very useful to see both in the same area and save time going back and forth between the landing page dashboard and each individual CTA dashboards.

Please add an option for this, it does not make sense having such inflexibility/limitation. Thanks. -Michael

El objetivo de esta idea sería que se pueda utilizar el número de móvil configurado en el perfil y que este se lo pueda utilizar para crear de manera automática CTA que dirijan al whatsapp de los usuarios. Esto para trabajarlos en campañas de email marketing de cada usuario de ventas. Al tener una gran cantidad de usuarios de venta es complicado generas CTA para cada uno, si hubspot lo puede ejecutar sería ideal.

Hi Community! I wonder what you think of this idea... Many of our clients want to be able to send dynamic URLs to customers in their emails, especially in deal related emails, but you cannot currently put a dynamic URL/property behind a CTA or button. This means that the only way to show them their link is just to plop it into an email, which often isn't very pretty. I feel like this is an essential feature, especially for ecommerce and anything to do with quotes/POs! What do you think?

Hi Dev Team Same as for email metrics, CTA metrics and use for scoring and workflows also lack critical features that would make life a lot easier. For us, the usability of CTAs would greatly improve if there were options to test multiple CTAs at once: Clicked/Seen <any CTA>,<number of interactions>,<date> Even more useful would be if this were combined with query/list capabilities: Clicked/Seen <any CTA> <containing ####>,<number of interactions>, <date> Surely, many will agree that checking all CTAs individually creates a confusing mess that is impossible to maintain. Hello HubSpot team, I'd really like you to add an "X" on the chat window to increase the user experience. Right now when you start a chat on a mobile page, there is no way to close it and continue navigating the website. Thanks, Justin

TLDR: Include CTAs in every CMS Hub and/or Marketing Hub Tier, starting with 3 in Free, 5 in Starter, and unlimited once you get to Pro and Enterprise. Who: marketers, web designers, web developers, theme developers, anyone using CMS Hub to grow their business Goal: Allow access for all tiers to purchase paid themes that require CTAs due to how modules are developed to incorporate CTAs and buttons and eliminate unnecessary theme migrations from free to paid themes. Value: A CMS Hub free user could opt to buy a Pro level theme and grow into CMS Hub (and other hubs). It would allow them to build their website once with the theme of choice and not have to worry about compatibility or migrating their website later. It would essentially allow all of the themes in the marketplace to be available for all customers. Examples: Many other tools within HubSpot are structured this way, such as included marketing contacts or even number of snippets, templates, etc. Additional insight: as a theme developer, we've had to create an alternate version of our theme without CTAs to offer to customers using CMS Hub Starter. This is a manual process and loses the advantages of themes offered in the marketplace we are asked very often what the impact would be of changing from CMS Hub Pro to Starter long after they've built the website with the theme (this breaks everything) - it forces customers to stay locked in to a specific tier without the flexibility to adapt as their business needs change (like in the current volatile economic market) with 3 CTAs in Free, customers could start tracking their "contact us" conversions, as well as 2 key conversion actions, like "buy now" or "subscribe" - this would show the value of CTAs first hand and allow them to make the choice to upgrade with 5 CTAs in Starter, same thing, customers can start to leverage the tool and show value before asking for a budget increase
