Good morning, I would like to suggest that HubSpot create or make accessible properties to hold data on CTA views, clicks and submissions in the style of the property Marketing Emails clicked, etc. Right now, the only way to pull this data to a list (and workflow) is to add each CTA individually to the list criteria. We have a situation in which we anticipate hundreds of CTAs to be produced (our company is large, with six marketing divisions across the U.S. and Canada, each encompassing anywhere from 1-16 submarkets). While we are utilizing smart rules where we can to minimize duplication, there are still way too many CTAs to effectively manage by updating them one by one to a list. There is currently a performance report that shows an individual CTA on its dashboard that includes a dropdown filter for Views, Clicks and Submissions. However, these same filters are only available as options when a single CTA is selected. Would it be possible to create a contact property that would store this data for all CTAs a contact has viewed, clicked or submitted? so the number of CTAs clicked, number of CTAs viewed, etc. I would love to be able to build a list or set a workflow trigger for "clicked any CTA", "viewed any CTA", etc. Thanks to any and all with insight on this!
