(for context) We have a large marketing team who work across the globe and even though I train people to create 1 CTA and then use that throughout website/email content, more often than not multiple people fail to find (look for) the cta in question and create a new one    This means for webinars (for example) when the webinar has taken place I have to go through and update multiple CTAs to the new 'watch the recording' message. It would be great if we could utilise the new specific date/time functionality in the workflows tool for CTAs. so the CTA would automatically switch its offer after a certain date/time. Form submissions trigger has a "Any form submission" option, but for CTAs we have to manually add to our workflow trigger every time a new CTA is added. It would be amazing to have otpions for "Any CTA has been (seen, hasn't been seen, clicked, hasn't been clicked)" in addition to the one by one CTA options now. This would allow us to set our workflow trigger to be "Any CTA has been clicked" to futher our lifecycle stage movement. As it stands now maintaining the workflow and updating each new CTA is very manual and could leave room for error if a CTA was left out.  ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to add a CTA directly into the "display a thank you message" within the basic forms editor rather than just a basic link. This option is available if I edit directly on a landing page, but in this case I want to place the form on a website page that is not a Hubspot page.     ...read more

Now that we have the ability to do pop up CTAs within the pop up form module, I would really love to see the ability to track those clicks. Currently it is my understanding that the only tracking that happens on these are form submissions when you use the form pop up module. But if you choose one of the other options, we should still be able to get tracking info on the clicks. ...read more

HubSpot currently has the ability to link a CTA to an email address so when you click the CTA, it opens up a new email to a specific email address. This is great, however, it would be even better if we had the ability to add multiple email addresses or be able to CC another address. In many cases, businesses need more than one person emailed/ kept in the loop. Right now the only workaround I see is to forward the email to the other user after the customer sends the emails.    Any ideas? ...read more

Slide-in and pop-up forms are great for getting a reader's attention, but what if they aren't ready to share their email address?   Wouldn't it be nice if you could add a "Learn More" or "Download Now" CTA button to a pop-up? The CTA would send the reader to a landing page where they could dig deeper into your offer, instead of requiring them to provide their email sight unseen.   Hubspot's marketing blog has exactly this feature (see screenshot). Unfortuntely, it's custom-coded and not available on the HubSpot platform.   This should be a standard feature. It would easily become the most-used pop-up variation.    ...read more

I think it would be incredibly beneficial to be given the option to automatically generate a Thank You page when you setup a CTA. Once you click on the CTA, it would take you to the Thank You page, where you can present the viewer with the content they clicked on the CTA for.  ...read more

When having multiple CTAs on a single page, such as: fill in form-1 or fill-in form 2, or "click here" links, I would like to be able to "tag" in the page what I identify as a "CTA" and have the performance of each of these CTAs indvidually reported in the page report. Today, all i'm getting is "submissions" and I am not able to quickly get a sense of "who clicked where" without going through multiple reports and losing filtering nuances in the process. ...read more
