Hello, I'd like the ability to make regular buttons in HubSpot that don't have tracking.    I also don't want to have to code every button.   The tracking redirects away from the page to HubSpot and then back to the page which in my understanding is not good for SEO and could also be causing people to drop, as I've seen numerous discrepancies between my heat tracking software in the number of clicks on a CTA and the number of people that actually make it to a target page.   Thanks, Blair ...read more

Hi there,   The new CTAs tool, with popups, banners, etc, is severely limited in its font choice. I know it's in Beta, but the actual "button" part of the CTA allows you to use Google Fonts, while the Rich Text module does not. This is very limiting from a branding perspective and it would be great if Google Fonts were available across the board in this tool. Thank you! ...read more

Good morning,  I would like to suggest that HubSpot create or make accessible properties to hold data on CTA views, clicks and submissions in the style of the property Marketing Emails clicked, etc. Right now, the only way to pull this data to a list (and workflow) is to add each CTA individually to the list criteria.  We have a situation in which we anticipate hundreds of CTAs to be produced (our company is large, with six marketing divisions across the U.S. and Canada, each encompassing anywhere from 1-16 submarkets).  While we are utilizing smart rules where we can to minimize duplication, there are still way too many CTAs to effectively manage by updating them one by one to a list.  There is currently a performance report that shows an individual CTA on its dashboard that includes a dropdown filter for Views, Clicks and Submissions.  However, these same filters are only available as options when a single CTA is selected.    Would it be possible to create a contact property that would store this data for all CTAs a contact has viewed, clicked or submitted? so the number of CTAs clicked, number of CTAs viewed, etc.  I would love to be able to build a list or set a workflow trigger for  "clicked any CTA", "viewed any CTA", etc.  Thanks to any and all with insight on this!  CTA dashboard ...read more

I want to send an invitation out a Yes/No RSVP.  If they answer yes, they go into one list and if they answer no, a different list.  I don't want them to have to fill out another form, just go into either list.  Is this possible? ...read more

The current tracking for CTAs does not allow me to create a list of all contacts with the criteria 'has clicked any CTA' = '1 or greater times'. This is not helpful when needing to use this key marketing metric for lead scoring. It would be helpful if this data type could be tracked more clearly on the contact and then reported on for purposes such as lead scoring.  ...read more

When you are using a Popup CTA as a Banner along with a Chat bubble the bubble is covered by the banner.  This prevents a user from accessing the Chat bubble while the banner is being displayed.   I can change the z-index of the widget iframe from 9998 to 9999 within my css file but thought it would be better if it did that by default. ...read more

We've experienced a major problem recently when adaptive testing landing pages. Whenever we are testing a landing page, we obviously have to name all of our variations. When a test ends, and the winning page becomes the permanent page, the page is renamed to that winning variation's name. This has caused major problems for us when it comes to our CTAs and buttons. Whenever we choose the "one of your pages" option to link a button or CTA, the page no longer exists because it has been renamed. We'd love to avoid having to go through and update every one of our CTAs and buttons with the "new name" of the page. I reached out to HubSpot support, but it doesn't seem to be user error.   It would be great if we could test our pages without having to worry about our buttons giving a 404 error every time we end an adaptive test.
