Since HubSpot updates us when someone opens emails, clicks emails, or even then visits other pages on the sites and so forth, is there way to have those types of actions trigger a follow-up task in the CRM for someone to reach out? (ie Sales) Rather than someone having to just see the update emails, sort through all of that, then go to the contact directly in the CRM to do that manually? It'd be awesome if certain actions that contacts take from an email automatically create or trigger a follow-up task or to-do, so that someone could then reach out in a few days, a week, etc. to engage with them as a courtesy.
