According to HubSpot's Support team, whether a HubDB created Page appears in the XML Sitemap or not can only be controlled at subfolder level. We have a scenario where a parent page should be indexed by search engines, but the many pages within the subfolder should not. Unfortunately, this means the entire subfolder of content has to be included in the sitemap so that the parent page is easily indexed. We've added a noidex code to the subpages, but at scale this is a huge number of pages we're telling search engines to crawl via the XML sitemap, only to then say "don't index". And the result is that we have thousands of these noindex pages clogging up Google's crawls of the site, and significantly delaying the indexation of new content. A solution like a Yes/No column in the HubDB table that says "Include XML Sitemap" would be ideal. We've tried developing one, but it is not being recognised by HubSpot and is being overridden by the Subfolder rule mentioned above.

When saving Theme Settings, we need to have the functionality to export and import all the settings like fonts, colors, and mobile/responsive settings. Some themes take hours to configure all the settings. The omission of this feature is so obtuse it can only be classified as a bug. Seems like a super easy fix though so thanks in advance for jumping on this one right away! On a related note, the location of the reset settings to default button in the Theme Editor is so poorly placed (on the accordion menu) I've accidently bumped it, destroying all of my work. (There's not even an "are you sure", though if I want to delete a page I must type in "delete"!) If I could simply reimport my settings - it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

Developers are limited to using version 5.14.0 and can't update themes to version 6. Who: developers creating themes and marketers using themes What/goal: ability to use the latest icon sets Value: adds backwards compatibility If the theme was created with 5.0.10 it is not possible to update to 5.14.0 because 5.14.0 is not downward compatible with 5.0.10. Updating the icon_set would break the icons on existing website pages where 5.0.10 was used. Fontawesome introduced downward compatibility with version 6, but since HubSpot doesn't allow version 6, it's not possible to update existing themes. Editing to include that without this update, users can't select TikTok or the new Twitter X icons. Editing to include the icon field now supports v6.4.2 which works for all new themes or custom themes (doesn't resolve backwards compatibility issue).

Quick Question – any chance you can add additional Due Date Options in HubSpot Tasks? You have today, tomorrow, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week – but leave out 4 days?? ( I could really use that one – why did HS leave that only one out?) You have Months, but leave out 2 Months, 4 months and 5 months. All just as important as 1, 3, and 6 months. It would be useful and efficient to be able to draw down on that tab instead of having to go in and “Custom Date” those other options.

We have had numerous issues over the last year or two with Hubspot CMS lacking the ability to flush the cache (and force the refresh of some files). We have recently made some changes to our site CSS to get around on iOS issue not rendering text. WordPress' Admin COnsole has an option to flush the cache. It would be awesome if we had this ability on the Hubspot CMS as well. Cheers, AndrewinKC

Currently, all major browsers support the WebP format. Which is a great format performance-wise. Now I know that HubSpot converts other formats to WebP serverside, but we should expect users to upload the WebP format as well. One of the most powerful HubL functions is the 'resize_image_url' function, which allows you to resize the served image without having the client resize the image themselves (which is great, because clients never do this 😜). HubSpot also offers the option to clone, crop and resize images, which is a great feature of the file manager. The problem: The WebP format does not work with the 'resize_image_url', also, passing the name, width and height in the image URL does not seem to resize the image at all. So this is a major issue performance-wise. Furthermore, it currently is not possible to clone and resize a WebP image from the file manager. The solution: Make sure that the 'resize_image_url' and the file manager functionalities also work with the WebP format.

Support has confirmed that there is no easy way to clone a third-party module for use in your active child theme. There are many reasons why this would be helpful, with the primary justifications listed below: 1) Ensure approved modules for staff are all in the same place (under your "theme" tab). 2) Ensure the module style choices are exclusive to your brand so your staff isn't tempted to do something inconsistent with your theme. 3) Remove, add, or edit the cms/html/js natively so there wouldn't be multiple style sheets called for that would slow down your site. If the module is indeed "free", it should be easier to clone and customize it while at the same time leaving attribution in the code.

It would be great to be able to use GraphQL to load dynamic content in email templates. For example, I have an Email that has be triggered by a deal in a workflow. In that deal is a custom object, lets say an Event. I would like the details of said event to appear on the email loaded via the triggering deal, and the Event ID in the deal and not by association. {% set event = data_query.data.CRM.Event($id= personalization_token('deal.event_id', '0') ) %} or, In an e-commerce email triggered by a deal, a list of related products based on filters created by line items in the deal. AKA "You may also like" or "Other customers also bought". {% set relatedProducts = data_query.data.CRM.ProductListFilter( filter: {product_category__in: ["pet food","flea treatment"]) %} Regards, Jonathan

I was in the process of working on the CTA (beta) located at https://app.hubspot.com/calls-to-action/5417432/edit/119840060830/content and noticed that the font family (poppins) we use on our website linezero.com is not showing in the 'rich text' section of the CTA beta widget.By further investigating on this issue I came to know it is not supported in the Rick text. (Taking a look at the documentation, it seems the option to use custom fonts in text-rich modules is not yet supported within the new CTA's feature, it is only available in the legacy ones. That being said, as this feature is still in BETA this means the team keeps improving the options and settings.) In order to maintain consistency with our website's appearance, I would appreciate it if hubspot could integrate the custom fonts within the CTA beta.

I would like to be able to create my own personalized drag and drop email templates in the design manager. So instead of starting to create new drag and drop templates from scratch each time and adjusting them to the CI guidelines OR cloning templates which I have created according to CI, I want to build the basic templates by using the design manager. This way, users can select from my company-specific templates when creating emails (rather than choosing the five templates provided by HubSpot) and they are still able to be creative and do their dragging and dropping, but with certain design limitations. This functionality is essential for large companies in order to ensure that CI guidelines are being adhered to. If not implemented, the drag and drop is basically useless. Also, simple cloining of drag and drop emails won't do the trick: Just think about the end of the year when the copyright date needs to be changed. This needs to be coordinated by using a global module (just like in the old Design Manager). That's just one of many exmaples where the new drag and drop reveals its weaknesses.
