Hey there!   First, we can all agree that the new drag-n-drop Blog Listing page is pretty darn awesome.  However, attributing a brand new template to the Blog's Listing Page can use some real work.   The problem: When moving to a new theme and attributing that theme's blog listing template to an existing HubSpot blog, the blog retains all its old modules from the prior template.   There is a dropdown (hidden) in the top right corner that allows you to only keep the older modules or add in the new modules with the older modules but not a way to replace the older modules entirely with the new modules.   This is a super confusing experience.   Potential Solution: When attributing a new blog listing template a simple prompt that would allow someone to "Keep old modules" or "Keep old and new modules" or "Replace old modules with new modules" would be far more clear. Currently, when you view the 'content detail' page on a website or blog page, the page metrics and table don't have the option to display CTA data (CTA views, CTA clicks, CTA rate). Instead, it only shows form submissions and contacts, which aren't relevant to blog pages in particular.    It would be extremely helpful for all marketers to be able to see how your CTAs are performing on an individual page level, without having to go through analytics tools and seeing a full list of all pages.    Page metrics showing no CTA data: Metrics available in the table: Thanks! ...read more

Our marketing team is working on blog conversion optimization and is creating a library of all blog posts with the specific CTAs placed on each blog, along with blog and CTA performance.    It would be so much more efficient to gather this information if there was the functionality to export CTA locations in bulk.    Currently, you have to click into the # of locations the CTA exists and manually copy over each blog posts or website page. This is incredibly time consuming.   When you export CTA data, it only includes the URL the click itself is linked to vs. the locations it exists.   I'd love to see this functionality, or Chatspot AI leveraged across the platform vs. only the CRM in order to aggregate and export this data. ...read more

Given that blogs are exactly the same as webpages and landing pages, there needs to be an option to change the domain to a staging domain. My idea is to grant users the ability to set-up "structured data" on blog posts to help with SEO.   Structured data is a system of pairing a name with a value that helps search engines categorize and index your content. Microdata is one form of structured data that works with HTML5. Schema.org is a project that provides a particular set of agreed-upon definitions for microdata tags.   Structured data seems to matter more often now with search engines and help boost SEO.  ...read more
