We need the ability to combine data from "Ad Performance Metrics" and "Ad Interactions by Contact" in a single custom report.   Currently, these two data sources cannot be used together, limiting our ability to gain comprehensive insights into our advertising efforts.   This feature would allow us to: Analyze ad performance alongside individual contact interactions Create more detailed and insightful reports on our advertising campaigns Save time by eliminating the need to cross-reference multiple reports Implementing this functionality would greatly enhance our ability to measure and optimize our advertising strategies within HubSpot, and provide a more holistic view of our advertising performance. ...read more

Why does the data quality tool not acknowledge if a formatting issue was correct with a workflow.    We have thousands of formatting issues that are easily fixed with a workflow but are still labled in the data tool as a formatting issue.    It does not make sense to me that these tools wouldnt connect and update automatically. Now I have to reject hundreds and thousands of records that are already fixed but showing as an issue.    HubSpot has only gotten worse to use lately and its sad that something you think would already be in place has to end of as an "idea" ...read more

This is a feature request for SaaS accounting and finance teams. We need to be able to export a CSV file of our subscriptions in which each line item is itemized—as opposed to the current situation, in which line items are grouped together based on what subscription they're part of.  Currently, if a customer subscribes to our SaaS product AND customer support, the subscriptions are listed as "SaaS +1" etc. which makes it difficult to actually see what's going on.    We tried several ways to separate these line items out for easy billing, but there's currently no way to do so. To allow Goals on any Custom properties Goals have improved greatly, however, this feels like the next logical step.  For example we have custom properties on Contact for Response code and on Deal Marketing Channel. Hi there,    As a HubSpot user, I would like to analyse forms and their submission in the custom report builder. This was already possible in beta, but was unfortunately removed again upon release. Unfortunately, @JoeMayall's  solution to this only works to a limited extent for our use case: "The best place to analyze form submissions is in the Form Analytics page (Analytics Tools > Forms)" What we need:   Filter submissions (e.g. by lifecyclestage of the contact) Further data on submissions (e.g. on which website took it place). Further options for graphical representation. Currently there are only Area, Column and Line. Drill down from the report to the individual contact. Similar to almost all existing reports, a table should open when the report is interacted with. At present, the report only links to the form. And most importantly: A report that depends on the exact time of the submission. First and recent conversion are too imprecise for this.   ...read more

We’ve been using HubSpot for our social media management and are overall very happy with the platform. However, we've noticed that some important metrics are currently not available in the reporting dashboard. These metrics are essential for evaluating content performance and optimizing future strategies. The metrics we would love to see added include: Engagement Rate (not just total engagement) Saves on Instagram posts Number of Direct Messages (DMs) Story Views Link Clicks (especially for stories and bio links) These insights are incredibly helpful for understanding how our audience interacts with our content beyond likes and comments. Including them in HubSpot would make the social media reporting much more powerful and save us time by reducing the need to manually collect data from the social platforms. HubSpot now has Campaign data available in Custom Reports, which is a huge improvement on top of adding ROI and spend to the Campaign tool.   Now, we need ROI and spend to be available in the custom reporting tool via the Campaign object to be able to create line by line comparisons of campaigns similar to what can be done in the Campaign comparison.
