Hi guys, we have no doub that Hubspot is keeping busy.   It seems HubSpot really do rely on drawing feedback, ideas, and insights from the community, to give up our time to help Hubspot make product and service improvements to HubSpots platform and better user experience, and set itself apart from some of the other leading CRMS.  Sadly, it does seem a lot of the time that HubSpot's community moderators and product owners are all but silent, in many cases not even acknowledging those who go out of their way to provide really valuable ideas and feedback.    There is so much good feedback and ideas put to HubSpot.     We want to grow together, and keep giving our time to give constructive feedback and ideas, we hope that Hubspot can return the favour to the Hubspot community too! ...read more

When creating Google ads it would be nice to link a Google Ad conversion to a specific form fill. At the moment this is possible by adding the google tracking script to the thank you page. However, there are use cases where the conversion does not go to a unique thank you page.    This would streamline the conversion tracking process.    The implementation could be as follows. Add the ability to link a form fill in the Google Ads creation tool from within HubSpot to a specific form fill. When that form is filled successfully then the ad then has a successful conversion.  The other way that we see this being managed is to add a section to the form creation tool within HubSpot to allow the submit button to either be modified with custom code add the ability to add the Google conversion code to the submit button properties.  Either of these two options would simplify the process of conversion tracking for ad submissions.    This adds value to the companies that are using HubSpot by reducing the admin costs of the system. A marketing or advertising team members permissions can be configured in HubSpot and then they would be able to build the ad, landing page, form, and then monitor performance without the requirement for a developer to implement a custom configuration or adding the user to Google Tag Manager and build a custom action to monitor the page for the desired action.  ...read more

In the Ads section, there is an ROI formula that utilizes contacts converted from the ads.   However, not all contacts that convert on our website are necessarily MQLs that can provide value. Due to this, the ROI provided is kind of useless because it includes these non-MQL leads. It would be great to be able to segment ROI based on MQL, SQL, etc. ...read more

It would be so much easier, if there would be an option to save the targeting of LinkedIn ads as a template.  Instead you have to fill in the job seniorities, member ages, job fields, interests, staff count and so on each time you create an ad.    Another solution would be to make it possible to duplicate ads.    It would be really nice if you could fix it 😊 it would save so much time  ...read more

Is it possible to add a filter so we have the choice of only viewing active ad campagins under Marketing > Ads? This would be helpful for users who have many campagins in a Google or Facebook Ads account.  ...read more

It'd be great if we could add, ads campaign reports (Marketing > Ads > Campaigns) to a reporting dashboard. For example, I'm running an X ads campaign on LinkedIn. I have a Dashboard that tracks the number of contacts created and the number of sessions  (website visitors) from that campaign. It'd be great if we could add X ads campaign report (impression, clicks, CTR, amount, etc.) on the same dashboard so that we can see campaign, web, and contact performance reports in a single place.   Thanks. ...read more

Currently it isn't possible to see all ad campaigns that a contact has been part of. It'd be great if such a feature could be available on the righthand side bar in the contact record.    There are two workarounds, but they are not very effective: Use the "First touch converting campaign" or "Last touch converting campaign" property, and add this to the contact record's left hand sidebar → Limitation is that it only shows the first/last campaign, and not all   Navigate to Campaign Analytics, in the Traffic Analytics tool or use the ads tool → Limitation is that we cannot easily see all campaigns a contact has been part of ...read more
