We need a bing ads integration ASAP. You have google ads integrated, it would really be helpful to have the same interface with Bing ads so we can monitor traffic and conversions down to the Keyword level on our Bing campaigns.    How long until that integration is up and running, you are integrated with LinkedIn, this doesn't make sense, put some energy towards Bing please.  ...read more

Currently, we cannot track the leads or clients from the carousel on LinkedIn or Facebook even though these contacts are synchronized into HubSpot, we can't say which leads come from the carousel ads. It would be useful if the tracking was available for these kinds of ads as well.  ...read more

When you connect FB ad account to Hubspot you are not able to apply specific FB campaign/ad to Hubspot campaign. Please add an option to connect an Ad to HubSpot campaign, just like it is with all the other assets (forms, CTAs, LP, SM posts...)   If you don't have an option to tag Ad as an asset to HubSpot campaign you don't have a full picture of a campaign, because you're not able to measure the effectiveness of all the sources. ...read more

Hey HubSpot,  Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts on the current lack of functionality to report on Ad Spend in HubSpot Dashboards? Currently, we can report by campaign, on clicks and new contacts but spend is unable to be pulled. Ideally having this by network and campaign would be ideal. The list of organic social sources is currently different than the list of Paid Social Sources. The most notable example is TikTok, which is currently only available as a source under Organic Social.  This means any paid ads running on TikTok won't show up properly in our traffic source Drilldowns.   Please add TikTok to the list of Paid Social Sources. ...read more

My marketing team would love to have anonymized lead data sent to Google Ads for accurate conversion information via Google's Enhanced Conversions for both web and leads.   Enhanced Conversions work by sending hashed lead details to Google, which then matches that data to its own records . This can be implemented throughout frontend means as at least one user has tried, but more and more users and browsers are preventing tracking scripts and pixels from loading. Similar to Facebook/Meta's Conversions API, incorporating Enhanced Conversions through the Google Ads API will help track conversions more reliably, and help further optimize ad campaigns.   HubSpot already uses the Google Ads API to allow users to manage Google ad campaigns in HubSpot, and HubSpot forms already capture lead information necessary to send to Google for EC data, so it seems like there's existing runway here for implementation. In "Marketing --> Planning and Strategy --> Campaigns" we create campaigns and then we are able to add assets like landing pages or static list to it and this is great. We can also add budget and campaign goal and this is great too.    My problem is that I want to see the ROI for my online and offline campaigns. When I run a TV ad, I redirect people to a separate URL / landing page so that I capture all the traffic and leads that flow through this channel. I add the landing page as an asset to my campaign so that all the contacts acquired by it belong to this campaign.    But there is no place within the campaign where I can record my actual marketing spending and this is necessary to calculate ROI in reports. It would be great to have the possibility to record my actual ad spending for this campaign so that having ROI calculated I know if I still should be spending money on TV ads or not.   Ads spendings for online sources like Google or Facebook are recorder automatically and the ROI for these channels can be calculated with no problem. The same should be available for all the other marketing channels that are not integrated with HubSpot. I don't know if this should be at the campaign level because it can be mixed with the cost generated by its assets but maybe adding a new asset type ("advertising") and making it available to link with the campaign would be a good idea.    It should be possible to assign costs for this new asset type and the costs should be considered when calculating ROI for this campaign. It should be possible to record "advertising" costs in a one-to-many relation for this asset type and within a certain date range i.e.: when I pay for TV ads on a monthly basis I put my advertising costs month-by-month.    This would also allow me to measure the ROI on Facebook posts. When I hire a marketing agency to manage my Facebook and I pay them $5k / month, I can clearly see what is my ROI for this channel.   I think this would help a lot of people to save money on channels that are not performing as expected.
