Hi,   The Marketing Starter subscription has simple workflows available in the Automation tab of forms which I'm using to send contacts a "thanks for your enquiry" email. However Facebook lead ad forms do not have this feature which results in not being able to send Facebook leads a "thanks for your enquiry" email.   It would be great to be able to send all contacts an email no matter whether they came from a HubSpot form or Facebook form. ...read more

Create organizational folders that would keep ads/assets sorted by audience similarly to how LinkedIn is able to do this on their back end for your own ease of use.  This would allow a structure as follows:  Campaign (theme)  Audience  Ads    Currently the Audience layer is not possible.  Also to market to existing remarketing lists, the targeting has to be done at each ad level rather than being able to put a collection of ads under an audience segment pulled from LinkedIn.    Thus, you also cannot easily report on engagement levels by that audience layer across multiple campaigns.    ...read more

Hi!  There's a feature it would be useful for when we're bringing leads using Paid Social or Paid Search actions: an alert for when one of our accounts (Google, Facebook or LinkedIn) is disconnected. The Google Ads connection sets the URL parameter to have `utm_source=adwords` (see https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/ad-tracking-in-hubspot#google). Unfortunately that gets mapped to a "Default channel group" of `Paid Other`. The logic for mapping is outlined here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9756891?hl=en.
